Just to follow up on the review I posted a short time ago saying that the service I received today. That really sucked due to the fact that it's costing me due to their F- UP, is making me wonder is the $20 to expedite that damn card that much of a mind blocker to not be able to follow the customers request that was CLEARLY STATED "DO NOT CANCELL OR SHIP THE NEW ONE UNTIL I CALL" WHEN I HAVE FINISHED TAKING CARE OF MY BUSINESS! NOT ONLY WILL I CONTINUE TO GIVE REVIEWS ABOUT THIS INCONVENIENT SITUATION I WILL ALSO SEEK FUNDS FROM THE FRAUD, FEES FOR LATE CHARGES ON BILLS AS WELL AS THAT FEE TO EXPIDITE. IT'S A SHAME THAT PEOPLE HAVE TO DEAL WITH ISSUES BY TRUSTING A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION WITH THEIR FUNDS TO HAVE THEM F-UP AND SUFFER BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKES. YES I'M PISSED! AND LOOKING TO GET RESULTS THAT WILL LET THEM KNOW!
