I would like to thank Express Passport for making a seemingly daunting task absolutely effortless. Once I filled out the required information, all that was left was a 15 minute trip to the Post Office for the sealed official documents, and shipping those to Express Passport. Everything else was taken care of in a very timely manner, with no more effort on my part. I was kept in the loop during the entire process, and was returned my personal documents with a brand new passport in less time than I would have ever expected. Thank you Express Passport.
Very impressed with the knowledge and courtesy of the contact persons. They knew what they were doing and ensured that the paperwork was completed exactly as required for a flawless delivery. The passport was delivered exactly on time. My experience could not have been better. I highly recommend Express Passport.
It's not exactly an easy process if you've never do it before but the staff was professional and courteous which says a lot nowadays. The instruction documents were helpful but honestly the best thing about the service is having someone to call and email throughout the process. They also processed it really quickly which is why I paid for the service.
No issues just wanted to say thank you. You may be a small company but you are professionals. I would hire all of you to work for me if I could! Friendly and most importantly honest. You don't get much better than that.
The price was the main reason we chose Express Passport because we needed to get passports for 3 adults and 4 kids. We called around to nearly every company and Express answered their phone right away. They were also the most helpful and fair on pricing. OMG I almost forgot to review! If you are thinking about traveling and you need your passport processed super fast, give them a call! They will tell you what it will cost to get it done and exactly what you need. They do all the hard work to make sure it's processed in time. Def worth it!
The only benefit ExpressPassport does is automate the application process. They do nothing to help speed up the process of you getting your passport. Save your money, download the application, get your photo taken at Walgreens, select "expedited service" on your application, and then write a check for a little more money. You will get the passport back faster, and the freaking US Government has better customer service than ExpressPassport who makes you wait on hold for 45 minutes only to tell you they can't do anything to speed things even though you paid them for their "services."
On top of this, ExpressPassport did not even know you could write your congressperson to help truly speed up the process. How does an ExpressPassport service not know about this?
Don't waste your money!
Do not under any circumstance use this service. On Dec 6,2020 my husband submitted his paperwork in person for the expedited service for our upcoming trip Feb 24,2021. It is now Feb 17,2021 and we do not have his passport. This situation is now very stressful as this was planned to be a family trip with others depending on us and has not been made any better by their customer service. There is zero culpability on their part and there is zero effort made to help us. You are better off dealing directly with the State Department as several members of the group had done that and received their passports in 3-4 weeks (understandably this is FAST), but they started their process AFTER we submitted my husbands paperwork to Express Passport. They were received 2 weeks and we still have no answers as to where my husband's passport is.
I was diverted unknowingly from the US Postal site. I did not know this until they got my CC information. I immediately reached out via email and phone ( no answer), no help on website that I needed to cancel because their service will not work. I have a minor child and must appear in person. They never responded to and it's been 2.5 months. They have claimed to the BBB and my CC company that they can't give my money back despite no service because I did not use a proper cancellation form that they must provide within 3 days. However, they don't provide it! This service is only useful to an adult renewing ( you can do this at court or post office). Otherwise, it's a bait and switch scam.
So I submitted my application and it was received in Thursday at 10am. I have a chance to make an appointment with the passport agency nearby but I have to either have my application and supporting documents or have a case number. Called them today to see what the status is. A lady answered with a lot of noose in the background and she basically hung up on me when I asked the same question twice since I didn't hear the answer. Called again and after 40 minutes another lady answered and said it is still being reviewed by another department before it gets submitted to the agency! Isn't this supposed to be a rushed service?! Why is the delay coming from the company claiming to rush things up for you?! I could've submitted the application myself and it would've been way faster.
Answer: I was baited and switched. I went to the US Post office site and inadvertently clicked on their link.
Answer: Just go to the post office ( set appointment on line) one shot deal.
Answer: Yes, if you have a minor child. Also, you must already have flight information for Expresspassport which conflicts with school trips methods.
