I needed quick turn-around to renew my passport for a last minute business trip and chose the one day product. Unfortunately FedEx did not deliver my passport to expresspassport.com in time for it to be processed the next day. The customer service agent worked with me to get my passport processed in the next available slot. I was able to pick my passport up at a FedEx location near the airport on the morning of my flight.
I wasn't sure I could trust all the 5 star reviews, but Express Passport and their entire team saved my trip! Canada has that 90 day validity thing so I needed my passport renewed and fast. I drive truck so this is my livelihood at stake. They did it all for me. Definitely and infinitely worth it.

Also, thank you for being a company that will steer a customer in the right direction. I was ready to shell out thousands of dollars if necessary to get my passport but the agent told me that was not necessary and I could do the cheaper option to still get my passport within 4 days.
