Order a radiator and Three weeks later had not received it. I called as was told it had not shipped. I ask to cancel the order then the very next morning I get notified that the order had shipped. This was not acceptable!
I will not be ordering anything else from Extreme Terrain as these shady business practices an frustrations as I have had my jeep with hood up waiting on this radiator

The boots for the caliper pens were missing. Everytjing else was included but i am irked that these were shown as imcluded and were not. I had to just reuse the old ones.

I purchased the exact same seats from Quadratec for my 2001 Jeep TJ and I decided to purchase the same seats for my 2004 TJ. ET has them in stock and they ship it out to you, not 3rd party. The Jeep's belong my son's and they fit perfectly. 100% better than old stock Jeep seats. I might put these in my 91 Comanche.

Customer service was okay. I specifically called to speak with a representative, only wish more questions would have been asked to me, now I have to order another part before I can install my bikini top. Rep also stated he would be sending me the correct soft top for me to order and he never did.

Great mobile app and awesome communication from time of purchase all the way through delivery. However, the item I purchased specifically for a 2020 Jeep JT- that said it fits this vehicle- does not fit unless heavily modified. Other than that- great service.

Just got my wrangler a few months ago after wanting and waiting to get one for years. I knew going in I would want to do some upgrades and make this thing truly offroad worthy. Made my first purchase of many, and it arrived pretty quickly, within one week. I spent loads less than I would if I were to have gone through a body shop or similar place, plus the install is pretty easy, granted I do mechanical stuff for work, someone who doesn't normally turn a wrench can do many of these installs fairly simply themselves.

I ordered two different parts from extreme terrain. Both were accurate and both work fine. Delivery was fast (although separate) both parts came about 3 days apart. Didn't bother me any it was still less than a week before they each got here.

Hassle free, easy way to order. Impressed with the install video. Slight difficulty with spacer bolt and filter attachment. Excellent product for the $.

The running boards are not very strong. I had to purchase my own washers for the bracket to running board because the washers provided were not large enough. They would slip through bolt holes. The welds on the mounting brackets are not that good. Looks like a 3 year old welded them.

Really easy and nice website, ordered some parts 2 days ago and they are supposed to be delivered today. Very nice will keep getting parts and stuff from yall

Last time i ordered it took a while for stuff to turn up and this time it was a little faster but not by much. The Canadian shipping charge should get your stuff quicker than what seems to happen.

Ordered some parts, when I received my order one part was not what I ordered. After contacting them that day they made it right and had my replacement within a couple days. Great customer service.

Ordered own style side boards for my 2021 wrangler Jl received boards in a timely matter. Realized I had the wrong hardware to bolt on boards. Live chatted with customer service and they credited my card. And I went to local hardware and had to get the correct bolts.

I ordered the roll bar padding kit. The zippers were very cheap and fell apart as I was installing this kit. Also, the padding had to be taped in place because the adhesive strips were already falling off. I was able to make this work but much to my own ingenuity.

The page stated following day delivery. This is why I selected this item instead of driving to another retailer for a similar product. FedEx failed to deliver the item as it still sits at the hub over 24hrs after they got it.

I need to know how to manually extend idler down to lower to match rear idler. It is the one with the motor. Or do I need to send it to you guys and get another one? Can someone please text me or call to let me know. My cell number is *******751

After an expected delivery date by another company passed and they couldn't seem to find it. I cancelled and found it on Extreme Terrain and ordered it with low confidence but Extreme Terrain came through with flying colors.

I have purchased several of the pre-bled clutch cylinder assemblies from various outlets. All junk that last maybe a year. So now i was looking for the separate parts- master clutch cylinder, slave cylinder and line. Found everything i needed at Extreme Terrain and checkout was fast and easy, delivery was within days. Seamless shopping experience. Quality and durability of what i bought will become self evident once installed. This review does not speak to quality and value. Too soon.

Replacement mirror shipped quickly, bolted right up, works properly, and looks identical to Toyota original for 1/5th the price. Fantastic experience.

After the original order getting lost in the mail, you were quick to track it and resend me a replacement order in a timely manner. My side steps for my 2017 Jeep Wrangler JK Rubicon.

Very disappointed 😞 the kit you sent didn't match the picture and the description was so lacking actual content. That I had to really on the picture and the kit I received was totally useless to me. So useless it wasn't even worth sending back 😪
