My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer
Ii was back and forth with a couple items and the tech support was on top of my situation and helped me make an informed decision about my situations. I will be back next paycheck for some more goodies.

You guys sell some kick $#*! products but this last purchase left a bad taste. Then there's the fact that one has to jump through hoops just to return said product. Hope I don't have to wait till you guys receive it and then wait even longer to recive a refund. That would suck for me. Even with all that I would STILL be a return customer, If I could afford it. Items being shipped out should have proper attachments and necessary items to ensure products can be installed safely. Making a buck is the name of the game with this company as those install items never gave proper install tools or attachments.
Cheap and lower cost. Cheap doesn’t mean this company is a great one.

I placed my order on June 29 and the website said it would be delivered by July 3. I ordered this item because I needed it before July 5. The order was delayed to July 5. Then it never showed and got moved to July 6. Then it did not arrive until July 8. The website DID NOT say the delivery was an estimate. It said would arrive by July 3. So I had to end up spending money on another item. I am very dissatisfied. When I contact ET, all they gave me was a $10 credit that expires at the end of the month.
I won’t be choosing them again.

I called and talked to them and the sales rep built my order and put it in the cart, I purchased them and got home and went to put them home and the wheels on and the lugs nuts will not fit, I called and Jacklyn help me resolve the issue, I would of given 3 stars but she helped make it right.

User friendly for guy who is more mechanical then he is tech savvy 😁 wish description for halos had mentioned needing electrical connectors for turn signal and driving light, waiting to get those this weekend so can finish install but overall very happy with all products

It was easy install took about 40 min. Trying to align the bolts solo might be a little quicker with help but easy enough.

I show in the system that we are waiting on photos to be uploaded of your return. You should of received the photo link to your email, if you didn't you can also use the customer portal at orders.extremeterrain.com and upload them through there. Once we have photos the return process is easy and quick.
