Extreme Terrain

I needed a side window for my soft top and my top was a different brand so I didn't know if it would work for me. I had a representative from Extreme Terrain call me and the guy was very knowledgeable so I ordered it and received it in three days and it worked perfectly. Definitely a good company to deal with and will definitely order from them in the future

I called Customer Service and told them what I ordered was different than what they sent. I directed the Customer Service to the listing, and said the bed liner was shown in the pictures to extend on to the tailgate of the truck. He effectively then tried to up sell me to add a tail gate bed liner. I told him I wanted the correct item. He then effectively told me I didn't know what I was ordering. I told him I would be sending the product back for a full refund. Personally I felt the Customer Service was talking down to me, and very rude.

Exhaust system arrived missing parts. Box was torn open and taped up. Not sure if it was the shipper or the manufacturer. Nonetheless, it was handled promptly and the missing parts were shipped to me.

I purchased a bumper with fog lights. After installing the bumper, one of the lights did not work. I contacted Extreme and their only answer was to remove the bumper and return for a new bumper and lights. Not an option for me!

Good experience, correct part, but shipping box needed to be better protected. The ports for the radiator poked through the shipping box. Fortunately the radiator was not damaged & I was able to use it.

Ordering was easy but when I got to shipping, it wouldn't allow me to save and continue on my iPad or laptop. The order had to be completed on my phone. Other than that, the video was very informative and helped me pick exactly what I wanted and the installation video was also a deciding factor

I received my order in a very timely manner. However, when I initially placed my order there was some sort of computer glitch and it would not read my card. So, I used another card that went through immediately. The bad part is that later the duplicate charge showed up in my account so I was actually charged twice. I contacted y'all and was told that the other charge would just drop off as it was pending. That charge did not drop off! I was told by yall to contact my bank. I did this and was told it would take another 10 days to review the matter. So, I have been without a large chunk of change for days now and that money was my christmas money! I'm still waiting for a resolution from my bank.
So, as far as receiving my order on a very timely matter which I'm very pleased with, I am not however, pleased with getting charged twice and having difficulty getting $455. Returned to me. All because of some computer issue on your part.

Nice selection of parts for my Jeep. Some items are out of stock this time of year (certain cab covers), but prices are good, and the selection keeps me day dreaming of what to purchase for Jovie next.

I have purchased items from this company the same time I purchased from Carid.com
With carid, I received my items within a few days and tracking number is properly emailed. With extreme, a couple of my items don't even have a tracking number and not to mention, I still have not received any of my items. I do not believe there will be another purchase form here

The alignment notches in the mounting frame did not align with the notches in the left headlight. I hand to grind about 1/8 of an inch off each one. The right one was fine. Other than that they were fine.

Shipping was fast but we have not opened and used it yet. It was suppose to be a Holiday gift and shockingly was delivered in the manufacture cargo box, not a shipping box so the surprise was completely ruined.

I have purchased step bars, mud flaps and a tonneau cover for my 2023 Tacoma 4x4 from Extreme Terrain. The prices were great and the items shipped immediately. I will continue to purchase other items from them and highly recommend them.

I ordered a cold air intake for a 3.8, the one I received was for a 3.6, when I realized I had the wrong part I contacted the support team and was sent instructions on what to do and was reassured the correct part would be sent to me, I haven't received it yet but I have conformation it's on the way, I'm extremely happy

Overall experience was all right, the FedEx guy, did not deliver to my address. It was signed by my son at his work instead of coming out to my address; also, I was a little bit confused with the handling fee of $40. Why was that and why wasn't it advertised with in the product that I purchased, thank you

Not sure if I placed wrong item in cart or not but I thought I chose the correct part for my year jeep. I've never, not, done so. Either way, the wrong item arrived so I've since sent it back for a credit to purchase the correct part for my year jeep.

I'm disappointed with the top. Not because of the quality Best top is the best. The problem is that it did not come with everything that you advertised in the installation video. Not to mention I could have gotten a better deal with quadratec and it comes with all the parts.

Awesome Delivery with packaging in place and secure. Product came exactly as described and product was 100% in awesome packaging with no issues whatsoever. Easy install with videos to guide you through process

The staff took the time to be interested in my issue with the product and not knowing how to install because my truck is a 2023 and not to many videos out there to show how to install aftermarket parts, but they took the time to find some and email them to me and it was great to still find people and an organization that still cares about customer service after the sell. The order process was easy to do, and I was able to follow the delivery status anytime I wanted. Also was sent text when the item was delivered.
I ordered from my current location and had it delivered to another one. When I got the text, I called the place and they said that they did indeed get the item and it was in good condition.

I tried to cancel my order 30 minutes after I shopped on-line; when I called to cancel although polite I was told I could not cancel as it was "in process". So, I was told it had to ship to me where hopefully I can ship it back and get my money back.

I will buy from you again just not my side-step bars as they would not look good on my 2-door jeep.
