My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer
Went to Havoc offroad to order rock sliders. After a month of waiting I found out Havoc didn't even have the sliders they sold me and they couldn't get any more. They didn't notify me, I had to ask them what was going on! Then they had to check with their accounting section to request my refund. Anyway, Extreme was awesome, they actually had the product and I had it in about a week. I mounted it the day I got it and I am very happy with it and with Extreme Terrain. If I look for more accessories this will be the first site I check.

Very easy to navigate and order parts. I would have finders for my Jeep, it would be helpful if you show how it would look on the jeep. I have to reorder because of the skinny ones wasn't the right fit for me.
Was sent Side Steps in a package that was in horrendous condition with a hole in one end. Parts, predictably were missing, but surprisingly, the side steps themselves were already deeply scratched in many spots. Spots that could not have been done in shipping. The package still had an address attached for a prior purchaser who had obviously returned them as well. The only favor ET has done so far is have UPS return to my home and pick it up for a return. They have had the steps back in their possession for a week now and still no refund. Spoke with Customer Service three times now and always get the same 'we will take care of it right away' and 'so happy to help you'.
Garbage. Have thrown out their catalogue and will keep bugging them until i get my $500CAD back.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

Had a question on a lighting issue on my TRD Pro Grill. The gentlemen was very friendly and was able to answer all my questions. Great customer service and will continue to do business with Extreme Terrain.
Ordered a bumper for a 2020 JL Wrangler. Received a confirmation email that shows this was correctly ordered. When receiving the shipping notification it shows a 2007-2018 JK bumper is being shipped. I contacted the company who informed me that I ordered the wrong one and I can ship it back for a return if I decide I don't want the part I ordered. The refused to acknowledge that they shipped the wrong item despite the emails showing that they infect shipped the incorrect item. Now, they will not respond to emails. It's a shame, as they ship quickly, I'd have loved to continue using them but now know they can't be trusted.
I love shopping from extreme terrain, they always have excellent products and they're shipping is fast. They also do an amazing job at communicating with the customer.
I am writing this as I am tapping out from install. Not a regular do it yourselfer, it looked easy enough on website videos, but once I opened the box. Realized I had to buy an insert tool. Then figure out how to use it. The come to finde out i have to drill into my Bronco. Ended up scratching it. Thought it was more plug and play. I'm no engineer obviously but why not use the holes as is that are already on the Bronco.

Excellent product, fast shipping, easy order processs. Unfortunately the mud flaps came in a big box, they weren't in their original boxes, they were thrown into this big box. And there were parts missing... two clips and one washer.

I love how you can save items for later so you can decide what you want to get and if you dont have the money to buy everything at once you can save what you want to get or are interested in and then add what you want to purchase to your cart and check out, but everything else stays in your saved for later "cart". You can also use it if youre trying to decide on which style you want you can add multiple things to the saved for later and decide exactly what you want from there. The website is very user friendly and they have great prices and sales. I am super excited to continue upgrading my newest addition to the family.
Good shipping and handling, my Borla Exhaust was packed with foam and neatly put in the box. Will definitely be ordering from Extreme Terrain again soon.

Great shopping experience! I got a couple of used items at GREAT prices and was a little reluctant to, but they were described well and when they showed up you couldn't tell they were used at all! I will definitely buy from Extreme Terrain again!
I ordered a lockbox from this company. A few days later, I got an email instructing me to return my item. However, I had never even received it yet. I checked my bank account and saw that the money had been removed from my account but never refunded. I called the company to ask what was going on. The associate who answered was extremely rude, and treated me as if I was a nuisance for even calling. He informed me that the product had been discontinued. I replied "Oh ok. So I guess it has to returned then." His response was laughter, and then "Well, I don't think you're gonna get it." There was never any apologies, or even a kind word. Everything he said was condescending and rude. Even though I was not getting the item I had already paid for. I had to even request that the company refund me for an item that I wasn't going to receive. I will never order from this company again.
I have a 2022 JL Rubicon Unlimited. I was in the market for a front bumper, stubby style. Found one that I liked the look of and that also took my factory LED fog lights. Found this one and decided to pull the trigger. Upon receiving the bumper I immediately noticed the box said it was for a 07-17 JK. I was immediately shocked and honestly felt a little frustrated. Before opening the box I took pictures. I immediately went on to the Extreme Terrain customer help chat and although I cannot remember the name of the person that helped me, he was tremendously helpful. He checked with the customer service lead and they confidently said it would fit my Jeep with no issues. I asked if the return would be covered due to not being my mistake, should it not work, and they assured me it would. It did indeed fit with no issues and they were professional and confident in telling me so. Great experience with Extreme Terrain and I also love my bumper from RedRock.
Pretty good selection of products and honestly the main reason would be because they tailor the experience to you and your Jeep. I love being able to see tons of customer pictures of the products on them, especially on Jeeps that are the same color as mine. This is my favorite thing hands down about Extreme Terrain.
I wanted to purchase the ARB Under seat twin compressor kit, but the website showed it was out of stock. I signed up to be notified when it was back in stock. I received an email letting me know it was back in stock, to which I then went and submitted my order. Shortly after submitting my order I got an email saying that the item is out of stock and that the estimated shipping date is 12+ weeks.
Not happy about receiving that email.

Its a great place to shop for anything for Jeeps
In researching multiple websites extreme terrain listed they had an item in stock. I placed my order on August 20 to be advised finally on September 8th that the supplier who they order it through is back ordered until mid September. When I was advise previously it was end of August. Contacted supplier directly and not in production until mid October….so the item was not in stock according to their website, I canceled my order and found it on the competitors website

I was very excited about ordering my Redrock 4x4 Gladiator Grille for my 10 Wrangler. The catalog had it priced at $94.99. Upon ordering on line the price was at $144. I still ordered the grille but was confused and upset about the sudden price change

Everything I received was wrong had to go to oreillys and get everything from them. Very disappointed and plan on letting everyone I know about my experience. Would like a shipping label to send it all back and get my money back very disappointed.
Seen on internet and it said they were OE which was misinformation.

I messed up my order by ordering two of the same thing, so I simply called the number given and the person I spoke with canceled the second order. Although we didn't request early delivery, we got the order the next day
They had what was wanted.
I called them back as soon as I seen they shipped it to the wrong address,, we moved last year to Arkansas & changed the address on line some how it never updated so now the order we placed of $1086.02 is being shipped to Florida & we will never see these items but the young guy I talked to said it was going to cost me $18 to change the shipping address plus he was the rudest Customer Service person I have ever to deal with so I am disputing it with my CC company—right away he told me if I do that I would be blocked from ordering anything again from them ha what a joke! They won't have to worry about that ever again
We needed pads and rotors for my 2018 JKU. We have ordered from ET before and have always been pleased. We got pads AND rotors for the front cheaper than the local auto parts store was going to charge us for just the rotors. They were easy to install, and this brand is great!

Well the light didn't light up so I asked for a replacement 7 to 10days replacement time.So I just ordered another one 2 days shipment...So can I send the other one back in the same box and get a refund? You REALLY want a review? I paid the 2 day shipping fee. That was on the 30th of October. I now have an estimate of it being here on the 3rd of November. That doesn't equal 2 days. So, why charge a fee for something that can't be guaranteed? If I wanted it later, I would have skipped the fee. I've ordered other items from Extreme and have generally been happy. I'm not happy.
