My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer
I received the item I ordered but went to install it and discovered it just plain does not fit the JL like the site listing said it did. The package also said JK and JL on it. After finding it wasn't even close to fitting, I looked closer at photos in the listing and can see that it is designed to fit some other, older model with different bolt locations, I did a return. I was disappointed to have to go through all that hassle and then have to look elsewhere for an item on another site that would fit at the last minute. I wish someone had done due diligence and checked the fitment of the product before listing it as a JL Item. This may have been an isolated issue but it turned me off to Extreme Terrain.
Installed 3-inch Bullbar w/skid plate onto 2022 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited. Instructions stated to remove factory OEM skid plate and to not reinstall. Disagree. I took the OEM skid plate and cut a three-inch notch off each end (after measuring of course), smoothed then painted. When dry, Reinstalled after the Bullbar was already installed. No way I would run without that protection, it's 1/4 inch steel!
Had what I needed.
I had been looking at a new bumper for my TJ and then Extreme Terrain sent a note that there was a price drop on it. That was enough to pull the trigger and I was surprised that when I went to order there was another 10% off! All together I think I saved $80 and it looks like a heck of a bumper. Mine was dull and the tiny factory one. I also wanted the reciever so I can use our bike rack with teh JEEP.

I was told by the customer service agent that when I bought my headlamps on my first purchase I could use a 2nd savings coupon for my next purchase within the dates the coupon was offered.
I placed my second order and attempted to contact my customer service agent- Kenneth, several times to honor the 2nd coupon towards my brake kit.
I was only allowed to use a $20 coupon for my brake kit, and was hoping to save more on my purchase.

The seat cover was completely sewn together wrong! The plastic piece that was supposed to be at the back part of the seat, that should have slid under the back rest part of the seat and then tided down, was sewn on the side by the center console.
By chance never again!

Spoke with Matt and he was super helpful. Asked him several questions regarding 2 lighting products and he was quick to respond. This will be my 7th or 8th purchase and couldn't be any happier with the level of customer service from XT.
I ordered the wrong part, it was my mistake, but I had no problem dealing with customer service, they got me a return label without a problem, I shipped the wrong pat off, and now I'm just waiting to get the right part there shipping to me.
Great parts selection
Side steps were missing hardware in delivery. Customer Service said that they cant just send the missing hardware and for us to re-send the steps back and then yall would send a new set.
Too much back and forth. Just send the hardware.

On hold 10 minutes he said they dont fit send them back
Then i called rancho they laughed and said compress them

I ordered this rear cargo mat for my 2007 Toyota 4Runner. I had to do a little trimming but worked out great. I recommend this mat to any 4Runner Enthuses out there to improve durability for your cargo areas.

Tons of items at good prices
My ordered was processed and shipped quickly. The challenge was the roof rack I ordered had two drivers mounts instead of a driver and passenger mount. That was no fault of Extreme and my RMA was processed quickly and efficiently.
Price and availability.
The problem centered around the video showing the installation one way differed from the instructions I received with the Gas Cap Cover. The video was an easy installation - the instructions with the package not so much.
I tried the video way, but couldn't get it to work. I didn't wand to try the paper instructions. So, most likely sending back for refund.
Seem like a good product with "easy" installation.

I have a 2023 tacoma I ordered side steps for. I put all the vehicle information needed and I received the side steps for the incorrect vehicle. I was sent steps that fit a 2005-2015, nowhere near what I had entered. I contacted customer service and they had me to check my paperwork assuming that I had entered the incorrect information. After some investigating on their end, they realized that the mistake had been made by them. I had to repackage and return to fedex and now have to wait yet again for the correct item.
Got my order in a timely manner. But when I log into my account I cannot see my order due to needing "email verification" which I've done SEVERAL TIMES. Very frustrating bc I'd like to see my orders. In addition, I wanted the tires mounted into the rims and they weren't. However they gave me a $20 credit voucher when I called (to spend online only).
Online shopping was easy and lived all the suggestions/ pics. Very helpful since I have no idea what I’m doing re: modifications.

Box was tore up and opened.It was all taped up,done very poorly.I have ordered things before and every time the box comes damaged and opened.So far all the parts are here for my soft top and not damaged.It would be nice if the box wasn't damaged apon delivery.

Installed the roof, it leaked and the ride was much noisier than with the hardtop. Asked to return it and I was honest and said I'd installed and removed it. I was told it was not returnable because it had been installed. Lesson learned. But if you need to return an item, I suggest you not mention "installing" it.

We ordered a DV8 steel bumper. The one that was delivered showed a different stock code number so I called and the help I received was courteous and professional. And it was installed and was a perfect fit!
Easy to order and usually has what I’m looking for in stock.
Product was wrong, order day shift boot for a 2006 TJ and they sent me one for a 97-04 then they told me they are all the same, they are not if you have a 05-06 TJ with a manual transmission this will not work!
Because you said you had a product that fit my Jeep, but you were wrong!
