Thought this would help the whistling noise on my soft top roof. It did but now leaves a ringing and noise. So basically I traded one problem for another and it won't go down.

They are as close to OEM parts I could find. Would have like the installation to be easier but that's a toyota for you. Loved the packaging that was foam fitted for better transportation.

Pricing was better than most places I have looked for this product. Shipping was fast and free, which is always great! Install will be happening this week, so, I cant comment on that yet.

Purchase was quick and easy, as well as shipping to Canada. Called to make sure I had the right part for my Jeep and brother hooked me up with a small discount! Will come back if I need parts!

Other than Fed Ex getting confused with my address and the resultant nonsense to get that straightened around, I got my item on time instead of early. The bed cover looks and fits well.

Looks great did not be happier. The worst part of my experience is doing one of these reviews because I say something and they do not like it. Do you want me to use a certain amount of letters?

Fast shipping, parts I ordered had a few things wrong but still worked. Screws that came with my tail light covers were too short and one on the brake rotors had a gouge on the inside edge of it.

The reason for the one star is that I was ordering through a phone call with one of your reps CHRIS and tried using my Visa credit card but your system rejected it for some odd reason so I changed cards and that too was rejected which means that YOUR REPRESENTATIVE CHRIS WILL. NOT RECEIVE HIS COMMISSION...AND TO ME THAT IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I again tried to place my order online using those same two cards and again they were rejected...AGAIN THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! I wound up using my PayPal account for the order. Unless these problems are resolved, and I have to be notified by an email or phone call that both of my complaints has been accomplished... THEN I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH YOUR COMPANY AGAIN.

I purchased running boards in September 2019 from Extreme Terrain for my 2019 Jeep unlimited. They were not installed ( did myself) until end of October... My Jeep has not been off roading and park inside a garage. The boards were over 300.00 so I'd say
Mid-range price point. Today June 2 2020 less than 1 year... I notice the paint is bubbling and it is rusting! Literally less than 1 year! Now it is just one section and only on 1 board... wow weird... it must of been defective since both have been in the same environment And only one area/side is affected... so I called assuming not a big deal and they will stand behind a product. WRONG... which is why you should steer clear of this company! Who sells a product that is OBVIOUSLY DEFECTIVE... and tells me you only had 30 days to return!
Umm well I guess I'm (Un)lucky that it didn't rust within 30 days! Like how can you give 30 days! I did not want my money back... I didn't want a new set I literally wanted 1 drivers board to replace the rusted one on my NEW Jeep. I didn't even think car parts actually rusted anymore! Except junk so there you go... junk is what I received. So just pay the uncharged price at the dealer since they would stand Behind their product... For at least a year!
Ridiculous! If you zoom in on photo you can see the bubbling of the paint... this is not near heat not the area that is stepped on...

I have yet to install the modification to my jeep. I will update when I do.

Ordered product twice because the color was wrong twice. How do you get it wrong Twice.

After a lot of research placed this order. Called a specialist last month never received call back with an answer. Called again spoke to another specialist who was very helpful helped my decision.

Issues with freight choices and their delivery options. They had limited selection of availability and made it difficult for delivery. I went to pick up package myself.

Box was damaged in 4 places, but radiator was not damaged.

I ordered five tires and wheels a tire carrier front and rear numbers. Please start order on Monday and had everything by Friday. We are extremely grateful.

Fed ex had said package was delivered at my door. I got home searched for 3 different days and no package. I talked with Extreme Terrain and they helped fix the issue quickly.

Extreme Terrain has a great selection of quality parts from quality manufacturers. I will certainly be using them as my go-to website for future projects as well!

The rep I live chatted with was incredibly helpful, and was clearly excited about helping to build out our new "toy". Had greta ideas, and made suggestions I never would have thought of!

Someone hit and broke the outside edge of my license plate holder. Not sure when or how. Started looking for replacements and Extreme Terrain had the best prices and easiest website to navigate.
