My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer
There are no complaints here. I will be ordering again. What always makes me laugh is my wife usually gets to the magazine we receive before me and is already picking out what she wants for the Jeep.

Purchased $275 worth of equip from extreme terrain. I bought only that which was "in stock" with a delivery the next Tuesday. I was leaving on a Jeep run on a Thursday. I received the confirmation email from extreme terrain and double checked the charge went through to my credit card.
Tuesday comes; Tuesday goes. No delivery. I search back through my email to find the confirmation and get a contact number for status. In addition to the confirmation I received 7 additional BS spam marketing email... one of which stated there was a problem with my order and it was suspended until I call them. I frantically called to talk to some idiot who says there's "no issue" we suspend everyone's first order and the we randomly suspend orders after the first. He says it's a part of their "risk management" process. Are you kidding me? What "risk" are you managing if you RANDOMLY screw people over? No fraud. No reports. A $36,000 limit on the card. A 768 credit score. The addresses match. They told me the "issue resolution" team is gone for the day. I'll have to call back tomorrow but they assure me there is no "issue". Why the hell am I having to sit home this weekend because extreme terrain "managed their risk" by randomly screwing me? I have now got to call the "issue resolution team" when there is no "issue"
They supply you with deceptive delivery promises, they take your money and they suspend your order.
Bad business. Beware. I'll never do business with them again.

I ordered several parts from Extreme Terrain. They shipped in separate boxes with the same tracking number. This evidently created a problem with the shipment that I was not aware of. The tracking info through FedEx said it was ALL out for delivery (delivered between 10:40a-2:40p). Since it was out for delivery, In an effort to save time and have the lift installed on-time, I began removing the old suspension and swapped the 31" tires for 35's. When the shipment came, it was only 1, small component. The rest of the lift was either lost or not shipped initially. Now, I am stuck with a dismantled vehicle in in a garage bay that cannot be moved. Even if I spend the hours to put the old suspension back on, I won't be able to fit the wheels and tires without the lift. So I have a garage bay I can not use until this is resolved, an upset customer that has no vehicle to drive and has nothing good to say about me. Extreme Terrain's idea to "make it right" was an insulting $20 voucher (Less than 1% of what was spent). For me to make it right to my customer, I offered to install a stage 3 lift instead of the stage 2 lift that they paid for. (About a $360 difference). When suggested that Extreme Terrain cover the difference, they offered the $20 voucher.
They promised faster delivery than the many competitors.

Ordered a set of seat covers for our YJ a day after my husband ordered an all weather cover off Amazon (prime) for when our hard top is off.
I ordered Monday afternoon around 3pm and my items were delivered Wednesday afternoon before 5pm, and the shipping was free. The seat covers fit like a glove and we love them. My ONLY issue was getting TJ instructions with the YJ seat covers but packing mistakes happen and the seat covers were easy to put on regardless.
The Amazon cover fits like crap, took extra time to get here, and we will be sending it back and ordering a cover off Extreme Terrain.

Overall happy with my experience. Thankfully didn't have to sign for my delivery. I work night shift and sleep during the day so would've missed my delivery.

I have been delivered twice a broken and unusable product. I have to take time off to take product back to FedEx and it's starting to become a big pain

It was horrible, the box I received was missing parts, contacted Costmer Service, they responded very fast apologized and contacted the stores to send me the missing parts but it will take so many more days to resolve the case and fix their mistake, they should have give it priority, because it's their mistake, they should have pick it up and send it to me on overnight mail.

I ordered 2 items at the same time. One item shipped via FedEx, their main courier as they explained to me. The other item shipped via UPS. The item being shipped UPS shipped a day or two after the item that shipped via FedEx. My item from UPS came 2 days earlier than expected. The one from FedEx was delayed 4 times and arrived nearly a week after its estimated arrival. I've only had bad experience with FedEx and from the reviews on Extreme Terrain, I am far from the only one. I understand that the company has no control over what happens when the product is on the truck, but my money wasn't given to FedEx, it was given to Extreme Terrain and they are ultimately responsible for the overall experience so why the continue to double down with FedEx is beyond me. I would like to order more from Extreme Terrain but if I have to deal with FedEx, I'll happily pay more and shop elsewhere.

Fed ex sucks! They listed my package delivered on a Saturday with a blurry picture but did not get it until that Monday …. They do the same thing with Amazon prime packages

I ordered my the parts and the shipping was super quick. It had detailed info regarding the location of each part until it arrived. Everything showed up damage free. They are great quality parts too.
I chose Extreme Terrain for 2 reasons. 1 being that the cost seemed very reasonable. 2 being because you had great quality parts and so much to offer.
I recieved my four wheels and one was wrong color, contacted customer service and they helped me get a new wheel on the way along with a return shipping notice so I wasnt out the return amount.

Received and i installed them on Tuesday / Was in the Unwarier trails for Wednesday-Friday (over Thanksgiving) Then headed to Fort Fisher for some beach riding Saturday-Sunday.
