Ordered a front guard grill was exactly like the one that was already on my Jeep, price was good and had it within two days. I'll be using you all for a lot more of my Jeep orders.

My buying process was great. I also added on local installation, which will happen in a few days. There has been a ton of communication throughout the process which is ideal.

The pictures on the company web page are not enough to really appreciate how this type of Headlight look on a Toyota Tacoma 2006, I have seen other models with more pictures on headlights, and the instructions are not very specific on how to connect the halo lights, When I chat for assistant i was told to take it to a near by electric shop so they can help me, and honestly that is disappointing,

Tge installers are not professional at all they left parts sitting on the concrete floor all got scratched plus my grill got scratched up did not know to installed the trd Sheild back on tge underbody

I order two sets of RedRock 1.5" wheel spacers for my 2016 Jeep JKU 75th Anniversary Edition. The price was great and the shipping was fast! They arrived one day sooner than the projected delivery date. When I got home there was a large box on the front porch. I immediately wondered what it could be because I knew the ET order was supposed to be delivered for another day, plus the box was too big. To my surprise, it was my ET order! I couldn't image why the spacers would be in such a large box. I opened it up and they had shipped three sets instead of two. I went to the ET site and started a "chat". I explained that I had received my order with additional spacers being in the box. The ET associate immediately emailed me a return label and the next day the additional parts were on their way back to ET.

My experience has been great with you guy's every thing that I have bought so far has been top notch I've spent a little over 3,000.00 so far and I'll be spending around the same amount

The questions were answered and I was provided a welcome dollar amount off my first purchase. The items arrived but I haven't had a chance to unpack the hoist yet. Will be doing that this weekend.

Not happy with first header did not fit like you said had to purchase a different header. Hopefully it fits. Been tore down for three weeks. Hopefully tomorrow it will be on the road again yahoo.

Worst customer service I have ever had! Ordered lug nuts for my tacoma, sent the wrong ones, won't take them back, can't get a refund! Should have read the review's, My Bad! Stay away from Them!

I recently ordered a pair of front bumper corner covers to get rid of the hideous chrome ones that came on my truck. Install was painless & the covers look factory! Super happy with the purchase.

The TeraFlex Bed Rail system arrived in good time, was easy to install in under an hour, and is a vast improvement over the "pinch" mounting system I had been using before. The rails themselves, as well as the moveable tie-down points are "beefier" than those available from the vehicle OEM.

Bumper is awesome have no issues there it came banged up which isn't extreme terrains fault it's fedex the video for this bumper made it seem like it unpack and rock n roll and it's not the case the lights don't work with newer Jeeps come to find out and you don't get the in and off switch like it says you do in the video also received instructions for a 2013 Jeep when I purchased for a 2023 Jeep however I was impressed with the quick response time I got from nick the tech and his explanation of why it doesn't work hopefully they will make the products available to work with newer model Jeeps soon as I do like this company and would like to keep my business with them

The seat covers were shipped in a timely fashion. Covers are excellent quality and relatively easy to install. Received box with a rear passenger head rest missing and no installation paper work. Upon calling in to get the missing head rest was told I couldn't get one because just the head rest wasn't available. I was told I would have to ship the complete order back and order a new order. The covers were installed at that time and I wasn't going to remove them and have to reinstall the complete set again. After speaking with 3 customer services reps. I was sent another complete set and was told to take the missing cover out of that box and ship the remaining product back. Poor customer service in my mind.

Ordered. Was told it would be delivered 4 to 6 weeks and received in 6 days. Awesome place. We've never had any issues with them. We always go to them first!

Matches my jeep exactly. Messed ours up with a kayak falling off of the top sadly, but the wife replaced the mirror with this one. Can't wait to get it on!

When preparing for installation of the Molle panel for my 2023 Ford Bronco 2 door I could not make sense of the hardware provided. On close scrutiny of images from the company the hardware provided was not the same as what was used for the installation photos.

In addition, the scan image provided to review the installation was not even for my vehicle. It was for a Ford F150 side wall installation. Overall not a very satisfying experience and now I have to spend additional time sorting out how to get the correct hardware.

Shopping for the product was easy after I made my decision, delivery was prompt, and product arrived as promised. Loved doing business with this company.

The running boards shipped quickly, packaging was great, nothing missing. Pretty straight forward install. Watch the YouTube video on install. Very sturdy and sharp looking.

I ordered a grill for my Jeep Wrangler. After I placed the order, I didn't receive a confirmation number. Just a notice on the screen to go to my email account to validate my email. I never received an email to validate and then couldn't check on my order because my email wasn't validated. I called customer service and explained what happened. The CS rep said they resent the email. Never received it. I asked to have it sent to another email which they did and still never received the link to validate. I then saw they charged my credit card and when I told the CS, they informed me it was because I validated my order. Which I never did. I then asked to cancel the order since I wouldn't be able to track it and they asked me the reason why I wanted to cancel. Really?! The whole process was frustrating. My credit card still shows the charge and I now will most likely have to dispute with my bank. Not sure if this is a scam?

I was not happy to learn AFTER the fact, when checking my credit card statement, that all your pricing is in US funds. Your site boldly describes "SHIP TO CANADA, NO HIDDEN TAXES/FEES", yet nowhere does it say which currency it is.
I get emails, but all your coupons/discounts only apply to US citizens. Disappointing to find that out when checking out. Spread some love to Canadians please.
Speaking of emails... I like to get them but NOT EVERY DAY! Is there a way to manipulate that?
