My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer
Packaging on heavy, powdercoated items should be better. I would love to not see bare steel from fall damage on most items I purchace. My substandard paint jobs never truly hide the shipping scars.

Fits perfect. Door is tighter stopped leak. Very pleased. Took maybe 20 minutes to install.
Not happy with this experience. When I'm spending hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of dollars on something I don't like when the box comes opened with only a 4-in piece of packing tape on it and parts missing that's always fun... I love spending $350 on stuff... oh sorry, it was SUPPOSED to be brand new in a sealed box. What I received was an open box, the box packing staples that hold the box closed were opened there was no tape on it, it was open and someone took the hardware kit out.but yes... I paid full price for an open box or something that somebody opened up and took a part out and sold it as brand new... so yeah I don't think that I would come back and spend $500 $600 on something...what if it had screws and bolts in it...I'm sure that would be missing too...so I don't think that i would be buying from here again, not with the situation that happened... Yes I received the item fast Yes there was no damage to it... they also did make up for the hardware kit but I don't like receiving stuff that was not brand new UNOPENED box to begin with... I do appreciate that they replaced the part missing however I did not receive a brand new item It was opened the staples were pulled out of the box someone took a part out, put it back in and put a 4-6 in piece of packing tape on it. So most likely I won't be buying from here again... sorry

My first choice when I need something for my Jeep.
Bought these to replace the factory rock rails. Instructions were 8/10 in terms of clarity but the product itself is a 10/10. It made it much easier for my wife to get in and out of the Jeep!

I had a winch that died the first time it was used and the customer service person took back the defective unit. Unfortunately there was no replacement in stock so I had to get a different model.
The box was received unscathed but inside the manufacturer's packaging it was obvious that the pump had worn a hole through the carry case. The pump itself was fine and performs well but the way the manufacturer puts it in the case allowed the pump to damage the bag.

It all went well till the confirmation email with the tracking number. Called and got a bit of help but still no confirmation e with track. It showed up a day late but was good for my needs.
They pretty much have what I'm needing and are fairly easy to deal with. Their website jumps around sometimes making it a bit of a pain to deal with but still a usable site. They're honest to deal with and thats huge in my book. Makes other issues trivial by comparison. One thing that is pretty good on that website is being able to limit by type of product the search size making it easier to find what you're looking for. Some sites I've dealt with make you look throw everything, big pain.
I ordered it online and had it delivered in two days. It fit perfectly. This is after trying a similar one off amazon that didn't go on well at all. Your product took two minutes and fit perfectly.

You guys have it all!
Purchased an open box item so I expected that there would be a few scratches and stuffs on the item, no problem there, my disappointment came when my item was delivered by FedEx and I noticed that the box item was shipped in had a substantial hole in it and when I moved it parts inside began to come out of this hole.
Additionally after opening the box I was greeted by a real mess, obviously everything was in disarray, plastic bags of nuts and bolts were open and everywhere and it was easy to see the whole thing was just thrown in the box haphazardly and shipped, many installation parts missing.
VERY DISAPPOINTED!
I had purchased from them before and had had good experience.

I had bought several things from XT the best deals online!
I was looking a bull bar for my Tacoma. After viewing several installation videos on YouTube, I decided on the Barricade 3.5 in. Bull Bar. The install video by Extreme Terrain was very straight forward and that was deciding factor in ordering from them. The shipping was quick at 3 days. I was hoping to install it over the weekend. When the box arrived, I notice it appeared worn out and faded. This did not look like shipping damage but more like an old box. Upon opening the box, I noticed the white wrapping was only on half of the bar. After unboxing and taking into inventory the contents, there were no brackets or bolts. All the installation hardware was missing. I notice major damage to the bar itself. On one end there were scuff marks and deep gouges down to the bare metal. The other end was deformed. This was definitely not shipping damage as the box itself other than being old was in one piece. I am under the impression that the damage was the result of someone's unsuccessful attempt at installing. It is also of my opinion that I received a bar that was not new. I called customer service and explain the situation and why I wanted a refund. Why would Extreme Terrain ship me a product that was obviously damaged and with no installation hardware.
