My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer
I ordered an open box rear bumper for a Toyota Tacoma. After a little prep painting, I installed the bumper and it looks great! Open box purchases can be risky but this worked out great.

This was a second steering stabilizer order after MORRIS4x4 cost me over a week with shipping a product that would not fit even after speaking to one of their "experts". On top of the delay from the wrong product, it took TWO WEEKS to get the return authorization. I am confident this will fit after speaking to many manufacturers to confirm that there is NOT a dual stabilizer available for an un-lifted Jeep.
Morris 4x4 screwed me.
Received the item, needed to return because it did not fit, submitted pictures multiple times and still received emails that pictures were required. Still no resolution

Website had a coupon offer as follows:

3. Your coupon will be emailed after you complete your purchase. Limit one per customer."
So I spent $230 on 5/15 and no coupon was emailed. I called to inquire as to why that was and girl that answered knew nothing about it. She kept putting me on hold to ask her supervisor my questions. I was told that there isn't any coupon that will be emailed and that I had to spend another $200 to get the coupon applied. I stated, "So you're saying I have to spend $400 now to get the $50 credit?" Her response? "Well, technically, yes."
If you can make any sense out of line #2 on their coupon you're doing better than I am, "Earn $50 off a $300 coupon..."? So my coupon is worth $250 now?
I tried to attach a photo of their coupon, but I was unable to size it right for this site, but you are seeing a direct quote above. No credit was ever given to me.
Quick delivery and quality products. Tail lights were super easy to install. Headlights didn't have all the things we needed to install them, so had to go out to buy them which was frustrating.
Quality parts
I bought one item one time and have been inundated with a flood of email advertising- like a dozen ads and videos and bull$#*! surveys. Get on these jerk's mailing list is a mistake.

The packaging was great. But, the delivery guy dropped both packages dead center in the middle of my walk way. Didn't even try to get it close to my house. Wide open. Not even on my porch.

Hate to brag on sellers but they were able to pull a stock item and ship it to be in a reasonable amount of time. What more could you expect. Actually, some sellers may not be able to do that.
The exhaust installed in about an hour. The hardest part was removing the old exhaust. Everything fit great, and it looks and sounds awesome! I'm very happy with everything I've bought here!
All parts were delivered as stated, I was disappointed the Freedom Off Road trackbar did not have a grease fitting on the frame end. I guess that is the reason for the lower price.
Shipping time.
MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED 3 TIMES BEFORE I HAD TO SPEND 45 MINUTES ON THE PHONE MAKING SURE IT WENT THROUGH. THEN I HAD TO CALL AND ASK FOR TRACKING AND INVOICE TO BE SENT TO ME. AND TO TOP IT OFF THE NAME ON THE INVOICE WAS COMPLETELY WRONG.
WE ARE WORKING ON A VEHICLE FOR A CUSTOMER AND HE CHOSE THE PART FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Ordered a tow hitch and grab handles as well as microfiber towels. Good prices, fast shipping and I needed to change my order but it was already in shipping so I got a $15 voucher, can't beat that
My overall experience was better than good but findng what I was looking for was hit or miss and meant wading through page after page of things not even related to my simple search.
Both the items were in stock and had the best prices. And the shipping was free.
Staff was extremely helpful when I received my package and it was completely damaged from the delivery. I did. This is great care in quickly and promptly solving the problem.
The parts came on time the fit was perfect and there was even a design upgrade not mentioned for longevity. I would definitely recommend the company and products they sell.
Internet search
Got a ten dollars coupon and then when ordered the product that I wanted there was a notification that this coupon did not apply to this particular item. Go Figure

Ordered five pre-assembled rims, tires and TPMS sensors. Found out all TPMS sensors were loose when tire went flat Within first month. Year-and-a-half later TPMS sensors are bad and all they say is nothing they can do for me.
Wide variety of options, delivered fast and easy to install.
I would say they could lay off the amount of emails I received, I don't need 10 emails a day.
I love the site, I've purchased several products over the last few years. This last product was not up to par for what I've come to expect from Extreme Terrain.
I like the sites interaction getting reviews and tutorials right there in one place.
Great website, easy to navigate, and included installation videos. The customer pics sections on the product pages also gave a great visual of how the product looks in real life.
Pictures showed the actual damage. I was worried it would be bent or have more damage. Honestly the pictures made the scratches look worse than they actually are. Fast delivery.
