Great service! This was purchased as a gift and not been installed yet. But if it works and installs as smoothly as the ordering and delivery process. It will be a huge thumbs up for me.

This hoist worked great. It took a while to put together, but it wasn't too difficult. The directions weren't very clear, so we used a you tube video.

Good inventory, fair price. Shipping with USPS sucks. Have yet to get an order on time.

I have been a customer of Extreme Terrain for several years and have always been very happy. Customer service, returns, great quality ect never had an issue, until today.
I ordered a Rugged Ridge jk jeep CV driveshaft repair kit and u joint on April 16,2020. I sometimes order stuff and then order more stuff and then 2-3 or 6 months later get around to installing everything. Yesterday i finally got around to having the time to work on the jeep replacing rotors and pads ( also purchased at Extreme). Well i found out about the Rzippa joints. So i tried to order a new drive shaft from Extreme, but they were out of stock. So i ordered a shaft from Tom Woods direct, deliver in 5 days, good price, nice people.
Ok so today I call Extreme return dept and they tell I can't return the CV kit and u joint because of the return policy, 30 days, ok shame on me for not reading the return policy, but really jeep parts, are they out of date, spoiled, not even touched. I even offered to pay a restocking fee, no dice.

Sign me probably gonna find a new jk supplier

I recently ordered side steps for my 2024 Wrangler Willys XE. They were delivered promptly and I installed them the same date. I just ordered the hitch extension today, and it's already on its way.

Put items in my cart but was unable to check out with the computer. Had to use a mobile device to complete the checkout. Was told by an email I had a $10 credit but it never showed up at checkout.

So many different ones to pick from and I liked them all! But after I chose and paid it didn't take long to get them. Great experience! Fast shipping!

It was an easy and quick installation process, but one thing I wish it was different about it was if the led bulbs were bright white instead they're amber.

The Delivery of the product was great. The Trucking company customer service was helpful and accommodations were made so I didn't have to take the Whole day off work.

Excellent. Jeep had death wobble after new tract bar. Tie rod needed new end links. Just as fast to replace the whole bar. Added new steering stabilizer to boot.

Arrived on time and looks great! Easy installation, need to align to make sure its square with your Jeep, predrill small pilot holes, and it will be easy to run the screw in!

Everything was great. One little problem all wheel weights where on the bottom of box. All rims will need balancing again. Overall everything looks great.

If I could leave negative stars I would, extreme terrain does not stand behind the products they sell nor do they help their customers in the way they advertise. I've been buying parts from extreme terrain for a very long time now but they stopped a few months ago when the bumper I bought from them, that I had owned for a year, was rusting. Powder coat peeling off by the sheet. I called to get help and for lack of better words extreme terrain did not care not did they show in any way that they would help.
Not just that I call about a back glass hinge on my tj wrangler that I unfortunately purchased from extreme terrain. They simply wouldn't just send me one trunk hinge as a replacement (also only owning this product for 2 years with no warranty advertised on the product) nope. They offered me store credit and wanted me to pay the difference for a pair of hinges rather than just take care of a customer.
I have spent 4,000 dollars with extreme terrain and I really wish I hadn't. They won't help anyone with any product problem no matter how much you spend or how nice you are.
Please do your self a favor and buy some where else.

Chat experience helped me get the parts I needed but did not call out the difference in Dana 30 and 44 options. I ended up ordering one of the wrong parts... but half of that is on me.

We ordered the complete set of door hinges in the black for the 2002 wrangler. We got the parts and inspected them and they appeared just fine. Finish was fine, but the bolts were obviously the week spot. The front window hinge upon comparison is about half the size of the original. The thickness is also not to par. The door hinges seemed fine, but they are a tad smaller than the originals which honestly some engineers should have known to make them a little larger to make sure they cover the old worn area. The biggest disappointment is that during the whole purchase, quality control doesn't even check to see if the hinges fit inside of one another. Shocker, they don't. Then the new windshield hinges come with a new bushing and the new bottom hinges do not. So how do you sell a set of hinges and they don't even fit together? I understand that the hinge size and thickness isn't going to be as good as the original, but for the hinges not to fit together is just ridiculous and lazy on your behalf. It basically says we just want to sell the parts out the door and not care about your quality and devotion to your parts. So now I have to send them back and purchase from some where else. I am not going to fight with the hinge and grind/sand just to get a new part to work.

Other than the no answer to email or text and the chat never working it was awesome. When I called I got a someone who helped me and was awesome.
