My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer
My order arrived with cosmetic damage on one of the exhaust tips. Chatted with a service rep and they issued a store credit that would cover the replacement cost of the tip.
I've made several purchase from Extreme Terrain. And many more from American Muscle. I trust them.
Selection is good. Pricing is in-line with others and availability of product is good. Everything has shipped exactly as ordered with out delays. If they say it's in stock then it is.
Easy shopping online. Shipping was decent. One product came damaged not due to shipping though. Box was in perfect condition. Customer service was great and made it an easy return and replacement.

Items ordered came quicker then expected, only wish items were boxed together instead of shipped separately in original box (some of the boxes were super damaged from transport) but items were fine.
These steps are super easy to install and are very durable! They add a new look to our Tacoma and makes it easier for my pregnant wife to get in and out of our truck.
DO NOT BUY FROM EXTREME TERRAIN! I PLACED AN ORDER FOR FENDER LINERS AND I RECEIVED HEADLIGHTS! TO FIX THE ISSUE I HAD TO TAKE PICTURES OF WHAT I RECEIVED AND FIND A FED EX DROP OFF AND RETURN THE HEADLIGHTS. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE FENDER LINERS! THE WAY THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS IE TERRIBLE!

Part did not fit I was trying to buy a third brake light for my jeep gladiator said it fit but it was not the one for the to replace the factory light which is what I need

I bought this cover for my husband. His a truck driver and parks the Jeep in a truck parking lot. He loved it. It's easy to put on and easy to store. Keeps the Jeep clean and protected from sun/rain.
Extreme Terrain has good quality and reasonable prices.
I assumed that the mat that I bought was to fit the back cargo area. It was just a small mat with the Jeep name on it. Actually there's no place to use it. It's not big enough for anything.

Received fog light kit missing switch, connectors and mounting screws. Customer service offered $15 off, or wait 5-7 business days to send replacement parts.

Using a old plastic milk crate to hold the side step bars. Also using the factory threaded holes under the wrangler body, 1 person can install step rails.
I saw the installation process on your video and realized I could install it myself.
I needed some "hoop steps" for my "new" 1999 Jeep. Extreme Terrain had exactly what I needed. After ordering I received shipping information. Product well packed received on-time.
A good selection of jeep parts.
My order was received 3 days late. Resulted in having to come out of pocket additional funds due to vehicle unable to be repaired due to shipping delay.

The carrier is almost perfect, but when I tried to put it on, one of the joint pieces that connects directly to the body of the Jeep was full of welded bubbles and unable to attach properly.

Bought a jeep. Needed lots of parts
Ordered one day and received within just a couple of days. Everything was in the package and instructions were clear and installed the new soft top for my wrangler in just a few hours.
Better selection and better service than other options.
WHEELS, TIRES, AND LIFT WERE ALL OF GOOD QUALITY. SHIPPING WAS FAST AND HASSLE FREE. THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS A COUPLE MISSING PIECES WITH THE LIFT. EXTREME WAS NOT VERY HELPFUL WITH GETTING THE MISSING PARTS. THATS THE CAUSE OF THE 3 STAR RATING. THE GUYS AT ROUGH COUNTRY WERE GOOD ABOUT THE ISSUE.

The shopping experience was perfectly fine my problem was with the instructions for the item I bought. The instructions were just terrible but that's not extreme terrains fault they are great
They were the first website that came up when looking for a soft top for me jeep and I think the prices on here are reasonable and I like the layout of the website
