My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer
The product was as described, shipping was fast and the installation took about an hour. I am very satisfied with this order and the quality of the roof rails. Highly recommended!

I bought a new truck that I had issues getting in and out of. I'm 76 years old and I had to do something. My son located them online and the two of us installed them.
Everything was as described putting it on wasn't to bad with just me and my 17 year old son but the directions could be a little better detailed Ala in all I would highly recommend.

I think when you buy windshield wipers, you should be able to buy two says not separate that's the only thing I did not like I had to turn around and buy another one lol I think it is so strange should've come into two That's the only thing I'm not happy with.

Well I paid extra for 1 day delivery and it still took 2 days to deliver it, should have saved my money I spent extra on. Why have 1 day delivery & pay extra, when it's not going to get delivered

Ordered a gift card. Received a call afterward stating that they do not ship to p.o. Boxes, luckily I had a physical address to change it to. Have Received said card with only a little delay.

First time buyer. I found it online.
The hardest part of the whole process was trying to determine which exhaust I wanted. Once I decided, It was easier than microwaving a bag of popcorn!
After extensive research on various manufacturers and hours of listening to exhausts on you tube, I heard the nice little growl on this sweet exhaust and BOOM! I was hooked. Extreme Terrain had the best deal and I was able to track my exhaust's every movement.
I purchase from this website a lot, im never disappointed with what i get. Although, I never get emails confirming my order or tracking information for it.

The product is fantastic. The instructions were poor at best. I still don't have the peddle installed. I can't figure out how to remove the kick panel!
