Extreme Terrain

This is the second roof rack I have purchased from extreme terrain and they both have been wonderful and easy to install. They fit perfectly just like from the factory

As always extreme terrain is awesome, good shipping time and products are always always for me at least in good shape. Service when I've had to use it is always helpful as well.

Removed the factory 90 amp alternator and replaced it with the pro series 160 amp went from 12.5 volts to 14.5 volts with all accessories on very pleased with the upgrade thank you

Everything was perfect. I like when the outside box isn't damaged also…. That too was perfect. Both boxes came in perfect. The products are perfect and got to me quick.

"I walked away Xtremely annoyed. I've made a few purchases from them in the past month. The last one will be just that my last!. I spent $2200+ on a set of new rims and tires. I was confused by their listing, saying that Mounting and Balancing was available for an extra charge. But I was not able to find how to add the extra charge to my cart.

I ended up chatting with customer service who proceeded to tell me that mounting and balancing was free and they used to charge for it but their listings have not been updated.

So I placed an order, to my surprise tires and rims were shipped separately. When I called customer service I was told the order was placed incorrectly. I had to select Mounting and Balancing on the order. Problem is I did not have the option. I went as far as to create a document including screen shots of exactly how I filled my cart. They agreed that I did not have the option to select mounting and balancing, and that the website should have displayed the option to me.
After multiple phone calls the best I got them to do was refund me $15/tire.
Somehow, problem with their website is my fault. Companies need to be accountable for the products that they sell as well as the technology they use to sell those products.

It's very disappointing because they have a good selection of products and good product reviews/ product videos. I just won't be able to continue to be a customer.

Steps are fine, but delivery guy come on day of delivery, but did not have merchandise, could not track order, had to call Co. Twice, merchandise come four days later.

He checked order, told me what I already knew, told me give till next day, call back if not received, had to call back, but he did everything he could, my problem was with shipping.

Fit like a dream on my 14 JK, and the black really pops to match trim colors. Don't make my mistake and think there are 2 in an order. I had to order another after I opened the 1st

The box arrived barely intact; I posted pictures. The clamp that was due to arrive with the exhaust was missing, most likely fell out of one of the open sides.

I am unhappy that this item showed in stock and I didn't see "Special Order Ships in 6-8 weeks". I would have chosen something you actually had in stock instead.

Great product fix great Its a $#*! to get the old one out Do your self a favor and save 2 hrs destroy the original glove box so you can get to the four screws you need to.

The part was incorrect or it was damaged at production, asked for refund and was told I had to pay $10 for return tags. Not gonna pay for company mistake.

I ordered a 1 inch front and one inch rear spacer lift to go with my 3 inch full suspension lift I put in several years ago. The one inch spacer lift went in just as it's supposed to. Thank you!

After buying a "carbon fiber" flag pole for my Bronco off Amazon that lasted 1 day before it snapped due to 65mph. I ordered the steel flag pole and it's SOLID! Highly recommend!

You sent me the wrong part. I ordered the s&b cold air intake with white cotton filter. I got the red oiled filter. I didn't notice until I had already installed most of the parts.

We ordered the fenders for my 97 jeep wrangler. We had to drill a few small holes to have them attach to the jeep, but it was so easy. I love the look of them.
