My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer
Had a problem with a part being incorrect with the kit that was purchased. With fast communication the issue was resolved even though it was the manufacturer fault and not Extreme Terrain itself.

The product was just what I ordered. Fast delivery and would recommend for car supplies. The product is of good quality and fits well in the car space

Fast and easy the bumper fit good the directions could show a little more detail with the installation of the bumper bolts other than that very good quality

I love the stickers, and the mat works great for the back. But the holders did not stick one bit and I can't even use them. The stickers are useless to hold up the holder...

It was pretty easy install……. Except for my anti-rock sway bar …. Was in the way of placing the bolt through the frame for the power steering support bar……. Looks nice

I have purchased many items thru Extreme Terrain and have had no problems. They are always quick to get the parts out and have assisted when items were backorder from vendors.
Cover and mirrors showed up on time. Only issue I had was with the mirrors, the threads were messed up. Just ran a tap through them, and cleaned them up.
The radiator and the hose so far I have worked great the biggest problem was the radiator came first and a week later the hoses came it would've been nice to have both at the same time
Because the radiator had good reviews and it was on sale at the right time
Took forever to ship. Was scheduled for Sunday (finally). Then delayed to Monday. Now delayed to Tuesday. Waiting for the next delay…
I will purchase from Quadratec from now on.

Installation Instructions were lacking. There was not a good seal around front corners near glass. I had to buy a thick seal off Amazon to make a good tight seal.
Best Variety of cargo covers.
I placed my order and Extreme Terrain immediately shipped my package. It was packed really well and I received exactly what I ordered. I would definitely order again. Great company.
Very few vendors had this product in stock. ExtremeTerrain had the product in stock.
I tried to use the Arp22 coupon, my order was over $250 at the time
It said my order did not qualify for the discount with no other explanation

I was looking for a black rhino Apache matte bronze wheel 17X9 -18 offset for my spare tire. He tracked it down fast for me along with lug nuts for it.
