My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer
The parts that I ordered was shipped quickly. The item hasn't been opened because it's a Christmas present. I was very satisfied with the professional manor the order was handled.
They had the part I wanted. The price was great. Shipping was fast.
Website is very organized and checkout was a breeze. Item processed very quickly and was delivered a day early. Item shipped with quality packaging. Will be back!
Order not received yet and keep sending e-mail's to do a survey (took about a week to just send the order and another week to receive) as I'm writing this review I have not received my order yet.

Extreme Terrain has great Jeep parts
I recently ordered wheel spacers for my Gladiator. Prior to confirming the order, it showed free shipping. After submitting the order, it charged for shipping. Very disappointing.

The item was not packaged very well, the container was beat up, box was torn and full of holes! Minor damage to the Bumper, I was able to paint the damaged area's.
Best price on the item at that time.
My only problem is that there are too many choices!

Had a stitching problem on the new top I purchased and contacted support about it. Immediately sent out a new top after pics was sent of the issue. Great top with great customer support!
Why not choose Extreme Terrain?
Really quick and easy process choosing what I wanted and ordering it from the store. The shipping was also a quick process. As soon as I placed my order it was here within a couple days.
Had better options and prices were a little better for what I was looking for.
Part was in stock and cheaper than the competitors. The website is easy to navigate. It was delivered when it was supposed to be. I will continue to do business here In the future.

Ez to order, they let me know right away that my order is on back order.
So listen placed an order for an item they said was in stock and would ship and be to me in 3 days. 3 days later I get an email that the order is delayed 8-10 weeks. It's a rain cover for my Jeep --- in 8 - 10 weeks I'll have the top back on her and won't need the rain fly. So the email says, "click link to cancel delayed order instead of waiting". Click the link and ------------------------------------- cyberhell ----------- nothing happened. So I go online and it says to send an email if you want your order cancelled. Send the email. Then get an update on my order because THEY HAVEN'T CANCELED IT! So then I have to call. I call and the person on the phone is RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE! Takes me 15 minutes on the phone to get the order cancelled and when I ask about the email cancellation not working or the link from the email not working I get rude attitude.

Wanted a new look for my Jeep. The old front bumper was looking bad and didn't match the rear bumper which is the way I bought my Jeep. So I decided to get a new bumper front and rear.
The bumper ships in two pieces. So the first shipment came in in a few days. The second came three weeks later. The good part is the bumper looks great and was easy to install!
All the parts were not in the box. They are going to ship me all the missing parts. Discouraging because I was planning to use the cover on my trip to the mountains.
