Extreme Terrain

Starter was delivered ahead of schedule. Installation was easy. You don't know how bad the original starter is until you have a new one. Installation took about 30 minutes. Easy-peasy.

Great info and the install video sold me. Very detailed. Listed tools and every step of install.

Order was shipped sooner than expected. I used instant messenger to follow up on n tracking and received prompt answers. Always had great customer service experiences.

So far not bad, Mobil site could use some work to make it a little more user friendly. And you don't have my jeeps actual color listed as an option. Where's the rescue green love.

I've purchased a few times from Extreme Terrain and have had nothing but good experiences. I'll continue seeking their business out for future purchases.

My father was wanting a spare tire cover for Christmas and recommended this site to me. Pretty good deals. Received within 3-5 days. Very happy with the products.

Extreme Terrain had just what I was looking for to upgrade my 2023 Wrangler lights. They delivered them as described and as promised.

I have not received my order yet as of 01/29. How can I resolve this issue? I have not received shipping information.

I purchased wheels and tires for a graduation gift for my daughter and was told they were in stock and would ship on 5/16/22. When they didn't ship on 5/16 I called everyday until they shipped the following week and was told conflicting reasons why they didn't ship each day, but nobody really knew for sure (wheels were in stock and ready to ship, wheels needed to be shipped to them, credit card needing re-authorization, back up in mounting/balancing). And, a few people told me they would check into what was going on but nobody ever called me back. Finally, I spoke to Ruth and she contacted the warehouse and was able to get real answers for me. They finally shipped a week and a day later and arrived with 2 of the 5 boxes damaged and both of those wheels needing rebalancing and new valve stems. So I had to go to a local tire shop to have them repaired at my expense. Additionally, one of the damaged boxes had a big hole in it and the plastic wheel cap was missing. I called immediately and a replacement cap was shipped quickly but once received I realized it was gray and not the black color of all the other wheel caps. So, I called again and was told that Extreme Terrain could not provide the matching wheel cap and they gave me the number for the wheel manufacturer and told me I would have to call them and figure it out. While I really like the wheels/tires the experience with Extreme Terrain will not have me shopping with them again..

System I will not receive the Refund into my checking account until you receive the parts.

Bought this to repair daughters jeep. Kit came on time, and complete. Kit even had the instalation tool. Kit had great instructions, will definitely remember this for future orders.

Self tapping bolts metal was too soft to self tap into frame. 50% of bolts gulded and threads stripped. Had to replace with American made bolts. Cheap Chinese product.

My Jeep grille was exactly the way it was shown Love it!...I have been looking for Pink "everything" for my Jeep will be ordering again soon

The Lugnuts I ordered worked perfect. The disappointment was paying for two day shipping. I ordered it on Monday and didn't receive them until Saturday.

I spoke with their agent said return is free and warrany will refund but turn out it cost me and leave me owe for warranty and return cost. They lied. I am very disappointed... dont trust their words

-When I called the ExtremeTerrain at the beginning of October and asked for flat black rims I was told this is what I would be getting (photo 1) All flat black with black Center caps

-what was sent to me are GLOSSY rims with BRIGHT RED and BLUE pin strips and chrome Center caps! (photo 2, Center caps arrived badly damaged)
Again I called and spoke with a Representative of the company and was told that I would have black Center caps sent to me
Caps arrive and are to small ( photo 3)

Now the company refuses to correct what is no fault of mine other then purchasing over the phone and believing what was said to be true by them ( twice!)

I've asked for someone to contact me and all the company offers is to replace the damaged chrome Center caps which are now on BACKORDER! With no ETA

I placed my order and by mistake did not order the heavy duty leaf springs that i thought A hour after I realized my mistake I called and spoke with a rep He told me he couldn't fix the order I would think in such short time something could have been done

First time using the site and it went smoothly. Although the spare tire cover wasn't delivered with the shipment the customer service team took great care you of me and handled it.

The fed x company who you use for delivery left my expensive package at the mailbox, my house is 2.5 miles from the mailbox, I'm lucky the crack heads didnt steal it.

Requested a call, got one from Daniel within 15 mins. Helped us order the right stuff and received it just a few days later!

I have purchased a number of items and some have been what I wanted some I returned because I totaled a car. I have called into their "customer service" only to be promised a return call but that NEVER OCCOURS they will make refunds but they apparently don't want to communicate with their customers. I am due refunds for some returned items some of their refunds are then what they should but as I say they will not talk to you... So I would beware and be very careful on any business you due with this firm.
