My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer

Ordered 5 pro comp A/T sport tires with 5 pro comp 05 series torq rims and TPMS sensors shipped mounted and balanced, 3 of the 5 were packaged well the other two were not one rim had a nice gouge in the front the other wheel had the wheel weights stuck to the box unknowingly if they were extras or supposed to be on the rim itself. Sent the damaged items back for replacements. Quickly got replacements however they were not mounted and balanced like original order was placed. Left me to get them mounted and balanced. After almost a month of sending the damaged wheels back and 2 weeks after showing my receipt for the mounting and balancing at a local shop I still have not been reimbursed for the local shop doing the work and the excuse used is the returns have not been processed yet. Will not be making another purchase from extreme terrain after this hassle. It's fine for them to charge me immediately for my order but to get reimbursed for their mistakes made they can drag feet for 2 plus weeks.

I placed my order it said 3 day shipping and would arrive by Monday it did not arrive till wensday wich messed up my appointment I had to get it in the shop so I had to wait another week for the next appointment and you think they would at least but a decal in the box to help advertise since I spent a good bit of money but no nothing almost everyone other company I deal with send decals and some send shirt and hat but not them so not happy with advertising and delivery

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST EVER.MY REAR SHOCK IS LEAKING. I CONTACTED THEM 3 WEEK AGO I'M STILL WAITING FOR A CALL BACK OR A EMAIL. THE SHOCK IS ONLY 8 MONTH OLD THE WARRANTY IS GOOD FOR 3 YEARS. I SENT PHOTOS ASPER THERE REQUEST.IM STILL WAITING!

Ordered a set of 4- tires, rims, valve pressure sensors and lug nuts for my 2022 jeep gladiator. Everything I ordered on line said fits your 2022 jeep gladiator. After installing the tires and rims I discovered the air pressure sensors were not reading on my instrument panel. I called and talked to a rep and they said they were not the correct ones. The correct ones were being sent out and after I found someone to unmount, change sensors and remount the tires I would send the wrong ones back. He even had me look inside my door jam to verify the jeep was manufactures in 2-2022. After looking at the replacement order I thought it looked like the same ones were being sent again. I contacted a rep again and he informed the wrong ones were out again. I had to order the correct ones with my credit card and will get a credit after the 2-sets of wrong ones are returned. If I had not caught they were wrong again i guess i would have had them mounted and found they didn't work. This is the worst buying experience I have ever had when the entire problem was not my fault.

Once we received the items, we were extremely unhappy. They were cheaply made and the cost was extreme. The 2nd item in the order was even damaged. Cheap China made products. Keep it at home!

Long story very short. Last year August 2022, I had ordered some tinted sequential head lights for my Tacoma which stated on extreme terrain that they were "in-stock". The very next day I went to check on the shipping status of the product and found that the product was "out of stock". I contacted support and they told me that the company ran out and would let me know when the headlights would be back in stock. In addition, informing me along the way about the shipping process. Nearly 5 months later jan 2023, I have heard nothing about the headlights. After contacting support throughout the time being, they gave me false dates as to when they would ship. One Support staff "Tammy" said that they are shipped and on the way. Finding out that was false; I tried contacting the same person at extreme terrain and of course couldn't reach that person after entering the parties extension. I tried to talk with someone ells to get to the person that I was originally dealing with, but wouldn't transfer me over. I tried to talk with someone ells about my shipment, but didn't go anywhere except giving me more fauls information. Finally writing off extreme terrain support staff, I contacted the manufacturer (Spyder auto) of the part I ordered and got truthful information which put everything at ease. I will never buy anything from extreme terrain again. All I wanted was updated information and apparently their support staff at extreme terrain was too challenged to do just that. One last thing as well, they don't do refunds or at least from my experience they don't. Lesson learned!

Ordered a in stock Sherpa Rack for my JK. Sight reported the rack was in stock and ready to ship. The following week received and email saying shipping was delayed due to COVID 19. With a coupon for 10.00 off any purchase. Got on line and ordered some good quality off-road lights. Got a tracking with in an hour that they had been shipped. Thought this was odd as my in stock order from the previous week was still "processing ". 5 days and I get my new off road light "kit". Is supposed to be two higher quality lights and a wiring kit. In the box is one 15.00 dollar work light. I call and the customer service person is apologetic but states he will email me a return label. That means I have to go to my office and print it out re box this light and drive 30 or 40 min to a UPS store. Not happy. Second the rack I'm told is "not sure why it hasn't shipped". This is my first purchase from ExtremeTerrain. And I'm very disappointed. No offer to just keep the cheap light no I have to return it to get my order that was paid for plus my 600.00 Sherpa rack can sit until they either truly get it stock or what? After trying to find a UPS shipping store near and finding I have to drive 20 min one way I canceled all my orders and will not be returning! Terrible first impression! Now I just have to wait 7 to 10 days for my refund on the rack and 15 to 20 days for the refund on my lights because they won't refund until they get their POS $15.00 light back. Hope it was worth losing the money I spent and better yet the money I planed to spend in the future.
