My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer
Easy and fast setup. Great delivery too, I would definitely order again through them if I needed to.

Simple, quick and easy to match part to my truck
Ordered easily, however Maersk tracking website useless, according to it my shipment is still in Kansas somewhere. Called Maersk helpline after sipment did not arrive on forcast date, was told it was being shpped to wrong tranfer point Jacksonville 6 hours away, and 3rd party shipper would make final delivery, was told they woyld not call beforehand and no signstute required. Called Extreme Terrain and was told that was incorrect and you don't use ny 3rd party shippers and shipment required signature. Called Maersk again and got name of Pensacola airfield 3rd party, they scheduled delivery 3 days late, and it was sucessfully delivered - no signature required.
Installation was not very clear on exactly what softtop parts came off and what stayed. Was very difficult to get holes to line up ad bolts were barely long enough for two top holes at rollbar crossbeam.
Prior purchases and price of top.
Actual mirrow size smaller than anticpated. The driver side is ok, the passenger side is somewhat obscured by the dashboard. However better than not having nothing at all.
They have the products specific to my jeep.
Spacers came quick and fit like a glove on my 2000 Sahara.
Have placed several orders over the last few years and have never had a bad experience. Not one!

Seems like it helps with the noise. Definitely want to be careful installing it. Once you stick it on it doesn't come off.
Other sites wanted more money
I really like my rear bumper that I received from extreme terrain but the only thing about it did not come with any hardware.
Material is cotton and not going to be sufficiently waterproof. Advertisement was not clear on that issue.

I ordered some rear floor mats on a Saturday that I needed for Sunday desperately and the website prompted me for Sunday delivery for an extra $5 and some change. I knew it sounded to good to be true so I gave it try since when I order through Amazon I see that they've delivered items to my front door at 4am which o was amazed by. Nevertheless here it is Tuesday and still no mats. I talked with customer service and they was nonchalant so I'm taking by business else where. Never know a company to be so money hungry over a $5 shipping charge where they failed to meet the commitment. What was a good company has shown me that they don't give a damn about anything except making a buck no matter if they failed on there end. The csr says you don't qualify for free shipping I was asking for free shipping I knew I didn't qualify for free shipping but their website said get it by Sunday for and additional $5 BEWARE OF THEIR SHIPPING just go with normal slow as hell shipping practices cause they don't stand behind what they say. Then when I told the csr that my jeep club would be notified and we would look elsewhere they want to offer a $10 voucher they're missing the whole damn point.
