My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer

Extreme terrain makes it easy to find products that fit my vehicle and they have a vast array of products to choose from. Delivery and shipping was fast and the product came as advertised.
I ordered a part in the part was not the correct one he sent axle rods for a Rubicon and I do not have a Rubicon after I saw this come through I called to cancel it out and it's not an easy process. Apparently they've been shipped and I got a wait till I get here and then send them back. This is put me in a huge bind on getting the work done, absolutely unacceptable and the lady I talk to the returning them ask more questions and the guy that I ordered from that's when we found out this was a wrong scenario
Great customer service, I made my order by phone and was treated with respect, I've tried ordering different parts with other companies and didn't get the best service
One set of threads did not recieve bolt well and cross threaded. Two bolts very difficult to reach and Tighten on wings. Not sure it needs to fold. Flares didn't fit flat against wings. Also think these should come already attached. A gap can be seen between parts even after fully tightened.
Stopped assembly at that point due to dissatisfaction with product. Glad i didn't dismantle existing front bumper before starting assembly.

Purchased a HVAC dial for my 97 Wrangler. It is not a perfect fit. Close, but will fall off on any bump

They have most of what I need
Shipping was great, both bumpers came in faster than expected. Having to alter the front bumper attachments, had to cut the rear bumper!
The unit I bought was stated as being delivered by a date numerous times in the process and then in the email confirming showed a very different date. The unit I purchased was for my Jeep Gladiator and then in the invoice said for Wrangler...which could fit but also could not. Had to talk to support for a while to figure out if it was the right item and still coming on the right date. I had a very tight schedule and couldn't slip by a day. Fortunately, it all worked out, but lack of clarity added stress.

It is not OEM, but looks just like it. It fit perfectly and I saved a lot of money for what I needed. Very easy to install.

This top is not easy to put on by yourself. One of the brackets broke doing it. And I have yet to figure out how to get it all closed. Either I can get the top locked down or the back but not both. I was looking for an easy soft top I can fully open and close by myself as I just recently lost my husband and was doing something for myself. I should have kept the hard top on. This top is to frustrating to use…I should have gone a different way.
I ordered two items, both were shipped separately and I only received a tracking number from UPS. Today I received the UPS package with one of the two items. Confused I went through my emails to attempt to find any information from Extreme Terrain. All I received was a tracking number for a UPS package, and spam emails about my recent order (none of which said anything about this situation) and emails about purchasing more items/coupons. I reviewed the information in the original email about my order to find that the item I received today was labeled as not shipped and the other item was labeled as shipped. After calling Extreme Terrain customer service I was informed one of my items was delivered Friday by FedEx and I never received ANY correspondence from Extreme Terrain about it and the other was delivered today by UPS. Of course neither package was delivered to my address but that is an issue with the shipping companies not Extreme Terrain. The correspondence I did and did not receive definitely leaves a lot to be desired. I am now hesitant and unsure of whether or not I will purchase items with a hefty price tag through Extreme Terrain.
I've placed a few orders with Extreme Terrain. Fast shipping. Good pricing. On a recent order, the shipper had damaged the product. A quick call and a few emailed pictures and we had a fair resolution. Great job!
Ten days after making a purchase of $290, I was told my product was not received from their vendor or shipped. Now I have to wait three more days while they try and figure out where it is and then they can ship a replace. Very poor management of product shipping and customer service!
