My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer

Bars came quickly. My husband and son out them on. They said it took literally 15 minutes to put them on. They look fantastic. Exactly what I wanted.
