My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer

Ordering was easy and delivery was in about 3 days. I haven't gotten the parts installed yet but plan to by the end of the week.

Just rcvd 16 inch army style stars for my JL. There are no instructions included with order, none in tube none in ship box!

Sent me a box of car springs. I ordered a vacuum pump relocate kit. They won't pickup the springs (heavy), won't ship my order or refund.
Had to replace inner seals on the front axle and knew I'd break the locker plug. ( which I did)
Replacement plug I purchased worked as advertised.

Website says the rims fit. They did not! They hit the caliper. So has to buy spacers abs different lug nuts.

Bought a Tuffy hood lock for a Jeep JK. It arrived fast, well packaged, and had decals. Will buy again from Extreme Terrain.
