My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer

All good boxes delivered with rips tears and damage to boxes have not had time to assemble yet to see if anything was missing
Had my rack I wanted
I needed a box when taking inventory of my shipment. I texted customer service, and they quickly responded and shipped out my missing part!
Bumper and skid were delivered on time and in good packaging. Installation was a little longer than planned and installed per directions and YouTube.

There was no size anywhere in the description for what size light bar these brackets will hold.
It's definitely not going to hold a 52" light bar.
