My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer
I order a car harness repair kit for Jeep gladiator 2020 the plug from the kit does not fit the speed sensor

For a day and a half I attempted to order a product. Apparently, the checkout cart was having problems.
To be honest with you that is a very good question. Normally they're sale prices are actually normal prices everywhere else. I've had a total of four things sent to me on separate occasions. Two of which were a front and rear bumper that were scratched upon arrival.

I chose the back carriage netting to prevent my things from falling out and breaking. I had a glass jar move during transit and fall out and broke. That is when I decided to get a protective netting for the back of my Jeep to prevent any cargo from breaking again.
Shopping and checkout were both easy. My product was in stock and received my package a view days later
