My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer

Found something that I needed for an upgrade for my jeep. They had a lot of options but I found the one best suited for me.
I ordered an antenna and I got one off road shock. Then I was told not to return it. Which I was surprised that's rather wasteful.

I received a 10 off for requesting a catalog but when I went to use it said it was an invalid code - was a little upset at that aspect.

They ship fast and it's packaged well! This wasn't our first purchase and it probably won't be our last from Extreme Terrain.
These inserts were so easy to install and look awesome. I thought I'd need my hubby to install them, but heck no, so very easy, I did it myself.

When I opened the boxes, all of the weights from the balance had fallen off of every tire so I had to go to a shop and pay for it.
