My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer

I was surprised to get 4 large boxes with 1 fender in each box. I would have thought all 4 fenders could have fit into 1 box
