My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer

Great service and awesome customer service! My package was shipped and delivered on time and they gave constants updates on the status of my order.
The parts were exactly as described. The fit and finish was as expected. Except for the winch remote control was not the one I needed.

I'm know you didn't ship it out the way we received it. However, the box was destroyed when we received it. Thankfully all the parts were there.
Returning an item that was 100% my fault. Ordered the wrong part number. Sent some pictures, explained what happened Boom fixed.

Fenders showed up pretty quick. They look really good. Especially painted but the wiring instructions are terrible.
