My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer

Part is a quality part. Easy to install. Cannot speak to the longevity of the part yet as I installed a few days ago.
Wrong clutch slave cylinder was sent. Was supposed to have been pre bled and pre filled, the one delivered was not the one ordered.

Used a 90 degree pic to start holes for screws used a long Phillips screwdriver for 3 and a stubby for the other screw

The rain guards was stuck to the package and the adhesive tape was ripped off while unpacking. Rain guards would not stay in place.

Ordered a new set of mud tires and found a great price on a set of 35's and 3 days later they are on my doorstep. Great experience.
Website navigates fairly well, competitive pricing and good shipping options
I thought they were made too fit in the Wrangler four doors and we put them in the trunk area and they don't fit the best

Great product and so simple to install. Makes a small change in the look of the Jeep but a great look!
