My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer

The Red Rock OEM rails are not that sturdy. To me flimsy. Nothing like my Jeep OEM rails. Disappointed in the quality

I love extreme terrain I've ordered several things and they're always great however the last order I made I ordered a 3xl shirt and I received a 2xl instead.
Extreme terrain is simply the best. Quality parts easy to navigate quick turn around time.
The brackets are too long and the holes are not cut for the Bronco. This is false advertising and I want my money back.
