FANTASTIC and easy ordering process. Was on my front porch before I could believe it. Your website had better directions vs the ones in the box! Thank god for your videos bc I'd still be in garage swearing from underneath the jeep!

The runner I purchased matches the Mopar but at a fraction of the price. The only downside is that the directions in the box from the manufacturer were HORRIBLE. Skipped so many steps. I went to the video you guys did and that is what helped me. However, they started using diff screws and different sizes vs your video from a year or two ago. They also now ship with varied fittings, so you have to measure it out on your jeep to make sure to use the proper fittings.

Somewhat happy was suppose to get three day shippeing but instead all stuff was not available but received sooner than expected and seems to be good quality we will see when installed

Recived my order on time. No damage with easy instructions on how to install the bars and they look very nice on my truck.

I'm pleased with my order except not happy with wire harness. Not the same that I saw on the video explaining how to install.👎

I am fairly new to the Jeeping community and wanted to make my Jeep fit my style. I needed help understanding wheel sizes, tire sizes for the wheels, what offset I wanted without having to trim or lift, etc. I called the 877 number and spoke to a sales tech (Jackie) and she educated me on the wheel/tire subject. She helped me find the wheel style I was looking for and helped me place an order. Everything I purchased that day came in days before the delivery date. I am so thankful I used a company that knows Jeeps and could give me expert advice on what would work and what wouldn't. I have purchased several more items since the first order and will continue to use Extreme Terrain.

Open package and began to install only to found out that I was missing some of the hardware. Luckily I did have some spare bolts that fit. You know what they say...fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me. I would be hesitant to order from here again

Extreme terrain has the best website by far. I really like being able to see the parts on my color jeep before I order anything.

Bought one set of steps/ rock sliders for Rubicon. Decided we didn't want to mess with body mount bolts. They took them back and paid the shipping. Then shipped us a different set for free. Very easy process and fast 3 day shipping. Very satisfied and will purchase more parts.

Had to sand the powder coating off the pcv port to have the hose fit and no directions in the box but pretty self explanatory

I picked out a new bumper and it got delivered the next day! It took me longer to get the old nuts removed than it did to get the new bumper delivered. Learned about PB Blaster.

The shopping experience, as always was good. Extreme has an awesome selection, and beings I had ordered these lug nuts 2 years ago, finding what I was looking for was easy. The product on the other hand is a bit disappointing. The threads on these nuts, or the metal used is soft and easy to strip

My first purchase was with the guidance of Kyle W. The second purchase was no trouble at all and I received my bumpers fast. I install them and they look wonderful on my Jeep.

The wheel cover arrived in a reasonable time, was a perfect fit, easy to install, and most importantly my wife, who selected it, really liked it.
