The openening for the exhaust tip was too small and couldn't suck it up on the exhaust so I had to weld it in

The seat covers are what I paid for an a little more, I like the material as well not cheap like I thought they would be.

I'm completely satisfied with everything, I got my order in a short period of time, I put it in my Jeep and it looks freaking awesome.

Extreme Terrain was great, no problems at all, the problem was with FedEx getting the package delivered.

Better discount offers, on cyber monday i qas going to place my order but when ibwas going to pay for it at it dis not allow me to use it

With Covid and hurricanes flying around, ordering parts can be a difficult job. However after days of calling around, I found a lift kit at ET and called to order it. Jay was my salesman and he said they only had 1 in stock in the warehouse and could make it to me by the weekend (Labor Day). I explained my situation (had a weekend off, needed parts by Friday) and he put me on hold to verify stock. After 5 mins or more, he comes back and tells me it is the warehouse and can ship 9-1. Well, I am now told it will not ship until 9-15,2 weeks after promised. I have my jeep tore apart in the garage, a borrowed car that i need to return monday. I ordered my shocks and control arms and had them expedited ($200 in EXTRA shipping costs) to ship it all in by Friday. After all, ET was going to have my lift kit here Friday for me to install this weekend. NOPE. They LIED. It was NOT in the warehouse. Now I have a tore apart jeep, paid $100 MORE from ET (over a local guy who said it would take 2 weeks) and overnighted/expedited other parts in to make a complete lift kit. After calling them, they offered a LAUGHABLE $20 gift card for my inconvenience. Not even close to the $200+ in expedited shipping costs and the $100 extra I paid at ET because they had it in stock. I am deleting their app and will NEVER shop there again. NEVER. Quadretec or Amazon from now one. ET will never get anymore of my money and you should be careful spending yours there. I tried to cancel my order but was told it would take a week or so to get the refund back on my card. I am stuck ordering the kit through ET, but I will never order anything there again and I will tell everyone i come in contact with about my problems and their $20 offer. $200 might have cooled the burn, but $20 was fuel to the fire.

Didn't take long for me to find the parts I needed and said parts arrived less than a week later.

It's too bad FedEx has no accountability for delivery they should just refund the five extra dollars I spent.

Bought a rack that I received that was not as described. Went to return it and it cost a small fortune to return. Don't belive these $#*!bags.

Well my order is on back order and the site then sent me a email asking if I received it?

Wrong information on website.
OnAug. 15 (From the webpage on Extreme Terrain.com) I ordered the Power Stop Z36 brake parts, two Rotors two Calibers and Pads. On the webpage it stated 3 inch Rotors, I TOOK A SCREEN SHOT OF THIS PAGE. I assumed the Rotors were the right size being that was what it said so I painted the hub part of the Rotor because they usually rust, and assembled the brakes. After finishing the job I realized both front wheels were seized. That is when I realized the Rotors were too big 3 1/4 inch. 8:30 AM I called Extreme Terrane and explained the situation. They won't take back the Rotors because of the paint, I asked to speak with a Supervisor (not available) OK so I removed the paint and cleaned them to brand new. 4:30PM I Called Extreme Terrain again, Still they won't take the Rotors and replace, ( supervisor not available) they said he will call me, supervisor never returned call. Called again Sat 9/20 8:35 spoke with a women Skylyn.? Agin asked for supervisor she put it in a report and said someone will call. I didn't hold my breath. The cause of the problem is they had the wrong information on the website which I ordered it from… this is not my fault. Now the information on the webpage has been changed to the right measurement, I have a snap shot of that page of what it was when I ordered the Rotors.
