My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer

I get regular emails on deals and decided to buy once my item I’ve been wanting went on sale. The gloss black door handles look great to replace the faded ones Toyota puts on the SR5 stock. Really set my truck off.
