My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer

I wasnt sure about a product so i reached out to them through their chat feature. They were very responsive and knowledgeable. A great experience overall.
I ordered a coil pack and 6 plugs for my Jeep Wangler and had them sent to my mechanic so he could install them for me. Got the coil yesterday but no plugs. I went back and reviewed my order and sure enough the plugs were ordered. I asked my mechanic to check the box the coil came in and he said there were no plugs. Now we either are waiting on the plugs to arrive at another time or they weren't send at all.

Your website describes the item to fit 2004 Jeep Wrangler UNLIMITED, it absolutely does not. This is the second time I've ordered the same type item, different manufacturer that you sent the link to, and it also is incorrect. Also, you make it a pain in the $#*! to return expensive items that you are at fault for. Extremely disappointing when you have a project that should take an hour and it turns into weeks of frustration!

I searched for 52inch light bar and this one showed. I ordered it and installed. Didn't realize it was for a 50 inch and NOT a 52 inch!

Speedy delivery, quick install and fits perfectly! Definitely would recommend for jeepers with an aftermarket bumper.
So I purchased a set of 4 tires and 4 TPMS sensors through Extreme Terrain And paid for the shop service. After initial install TPMS sensors were not registering so I called ET and told them the deal they sent me a new set of TPMS sensors, however, they said I would have to pay for a new service in which if I sent them a receipt they would refund me. Sounds good so far right? Until I sent them the receipt they lost the first time. Get them a digital invoice a second time in which they refund the wrong VISA card (not to my bank but to themselves through affirm) and literally tell me nothing they can do about it. This is by far the absolute worst place to buy online and I will never purchase through them again
Tip for consumers:
Be very certain of what you are purchasing through this website as the quality of products is great but if there is even a slight mishap you will have the biggest troubles dealing with their customer support.

I see you spoke to our customer service deprtment about this issue and they advised we cannot add a credit card to the account after the order is placed. The refund must go to the card on file or we can send a paper check or apply store credit. Those are the only options we have unfortunately. I already knew what I wanted. It was easy as point and click. Then it was delivered at the porch with in days! Fast and easy.
Mostly because it’s a specialized website for of road vehicles. You’re not searching through billions of parts and other options. Which can be confusing and not easy.
Tried to order tires and wheels 3 times. First order they tell me 1 week later that the tires I want are not in stock. Then the next 2 are auto cancelled by their system. Their website is glitchy on a mobile phone. No response to email, chat is just a bot who gives canned answers. I guess you don't want my $2,500
Technician was very help and knew the product. The only bad thing was the shipping. One of the ende came bent.
