I urgently needed a OEM T-stat. Extreme Terrain had it in stock and I selected to ship it overnight. The T-stat shipped the day I ordered it and arrived the next day (Saturday).

I was disappointed with the installation instructions and the fact I couldn't find a video of the installation process for my particular Jeep. It would have helped bridge the gaps in the instructions the felt unclear.

I ordered a replacement top for my 2012 Wrangler and I could not be happier with my experience or service. Ordering was clear, quick, and easy. We received our order within 3 days orlf ordering. It was easy to install and overall a wonderful experience!

These back mats do not fit a 2 door Wrangler 1998! They are nice quality, but I had to return them and the return process is a bit of a hassle.

False shipping. The guy said I would get it in 2 days. Then he told me that I ordered to late for 2 day shipping

Everything was smooth and I had no problems with browsing, selection, checkout and shipping etc. The item arrived as planned with no damage and the tracking system worked perfectly. The small exception is with the product itself. The directions weren't clear about the mounting hole choices, there are multiple bolt holes to choose from to mount the brackets. To make sure I measured the holes on the Jeep and mounted the brackets accordingly. Also, since I had factory rock sliders installed I re-used the factory screws and nuts for the steps I purchased. The worst part about this product is the actual hardware. The brackets are thin and painted which will likely be an issue with wear and tear, but for the price it isn't a deal breaker. However I did have to purchase some flat and locking washers for the M6 screws the mount the steps to the brackets. The holes in the brackets are much larger than necessary and the M6 screw heads can slide right through. The product came with some tiny flat washers that were not appropriate in my opinion so I purchased some 1 inch stainless washers and lock washers instead. If I didn't have the factory sliders I would have purchased replacement nuts and bolts for the bracket mounting hardware as well. As for the fit, the steps look factory correct and we're easy to install. They hold my weight and will be sufficient for the task to help my family get in the Jeep.

My order arrived on time and it was very easy to install! The super chip was purchased to change tire size once my order arrives and it corrected an issue with my led turn signals as well!

The product information is complete and the purchase is easy to make. The website warns about discounts and promotions which I think is great. I saw a wide variety of accessories available for my vehicle. The shipping process was within the established time limit.

The overall experience was good. The shipping not so great. When it comes to shipping, it will take a PO Box, but they won't don't deliver to a PO box. The money for the part came out of my account 2 days before I got a call to tell me about the issue. The site should not let a PO box go through for shipping address, if you're not going to deliver it to the post office.The woman I did speak to was very helpful and understanding.

It's just like the last set I got from you, it hasn't changed at all, and they work just like the last set. Great company great product.
