My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer

I wanted something that would make my Jeep nicer looking and to cover my radiator, living on Long Island the roads have a lot of rocks and the grill cover is perfect.
