Extreme Terrain

I love these doors. Here's why I give it a four instead of a five. I realize most Jeep owners are tool familiar. However, there is a large market of people, like myself, who do not have a mechanical bone in their body and could use some slightly more detailed instructions or photos/labels of nuts, bolts, screws. I figured it out, but I know it would make me more inclined to purchase and make more mods in the future on my own.

The running boards were not OEM but did the job at less than half the price. The install took about 45 minutes with no problems. There is a little bit of flex when you step on them. I would rate them at about an 8. Great shipping 2 days flat.

Ordering was easy and ET has anything and everything we want for our Jeep. As soon as we ordered, we started receiving emails with subject lines like "About your last order..." yet those emails were just unsolicited advertising and nothing about our order. That's irritating. I'm already a paying customer and ET feels the need to feign an order status update to prompt me to open an email full of advertising. We get plenty of unwanted junk already. Huge turnoff.

Ordering and checkout was exceptional. Very easy OK the item purchase and relax. I would however, Holly recommend you to use another shipping media. The box that we received was extremely damaged. Best I can tell all the pieces were there.

Great mobile app and awesome communication from time of purchase all the way through delivery. However, the item I purchased specifically for a 2020 Jeep JT- that said it fits this vehicle- does not fit unless heavily modified. Other than that- great service.

Just got my wrangler a few months ago after wanting and waiting to get one for years. I knew going in I would want to do some upgrades and make this thing truly offroad worthy. Made my first purchase of many, and it arrived pretty quickly, within one week. I spent loads less than I would if I were to have gone through a body shop or similar place, plus the install is pretty easy, granted I do mechanical stuff for work, someone who doesn't normally turn a wrench can do many of these installs fairly simply themselves.

I ordered two different parts from extreme terrain. Both were accurate and both work fine. Delivery was fast (although separate) both parts came about 3 days apart. Didn't bother me any it was still less than a week before they each got here.

I have purchased several of the pre-bled clutch cylinder assemblies from various outlets. All junk that last maybe a year. So now i was looking for the separate parts- master clutch cylinder, slave cylinder and line. Found everything i needed at Extreme Terrain and checkout was fast and easy, delivery was within days. Seamless shopping experience. Quality and durability of what i bought will become self evident once installed. This review does not speak to quality and value. Too soon.

Ii was back and forth with a couple items and the tech support was on top of my situation and helped me make an informed decision about my situations. I will be back next paycheck for some more goodies.

Items being shipped out should have proper attachments and necessary items to ensure products can be installed safely. Making a buck is the name of the game with this company as those install items never gave proper install tools or attachments.

User friendly for guy who is more mechanical then he is tech savvy 😁 wish description for halos had mentioned needing electrical connectors for turn signal and driving light, waiting to get those this weekend so can finish install but overall very happy with all products

You guys sell some kick $#*! products but this last purchase left a bad taste. Then there's the fact that one has to jump through hoops just to return said product. Hope I don't have to wait till you guys receive it and then wait even longer to recive a refund. That would suck for me. Even with all that I would STILL be a return customer, If I could afford it. Had a great positive experience. My customer service rep was very friendly and very informative and understanding about my excitement to finally get parts for my jeep Couldn't hide it over the phone..

This is the second time I have ordered from Extreme Terrain and the parts that their website said would fit my jeep doesn't fit. I got a shade mesh for running topless that on the site said it fit a 2024, but when i got it, it said fits 18-21 jeeps and the cords would not work on the front net. I also got red trim for the overhead speakers that said they fit the 24 and they were 2" to short. I will be contacting them to send these items back.

Ordered the Red Rock stubby with the Jeep emblem over the 4th of July holiday. The price was great, got free delivery, and it was promptly delivered three days later along with a couple other items I got great deals on during the sale.

Everything went well on the order.good product and fast shipping.
The rebate that was promised isn't emailed til later in July which is also on good for orders o er 300.00.which this isn't really disclosed clearly when you make a purchase to achieve the $50 rebate initially.in being said extreme lost a sale on a winch.

Always pleased with product. If there's a defect they send me another product and make it easy to return defective product. With how to videos on some items and competitive prices with the same item or better item. Great customer service.

Ordered 4 shocks….all in stock. They shipped 3….then Finally the 4th days later. First 3 arrived by FedEx in the manufacturers packaging with a FedEx label stuck to it. The boxes were all damaged terribly and the hardware was missing. Started text convo with support. Was told I could get credited $15 per box for what was going on….then another tech took over and didn't know what was going on…then another…ultimately they offered to credit me $16 if I kept the shocks and sourced my own hardware AND I agree that I can never return the shocks for ANY reason. Then the original tech came back on and said he didn't know why that was happening. Never again.

I took the doors off my 2003 TJ for the first time a week ago. I jumped in it to go to town and realized I had no rearview mirrors. I purchased these mirrors and they work perfectly. You can adjust them and screw them down tight and they stay in place. Just what I needed!

Used the chat feature, fantastic service, The Associate made a recommendation on an upgrade item, gave me a number to call if I decided to purchase, 4 days later I called and within 10 minutes the purchase was completed. Now we wait for it to arrive.

I recently purchased a new top for my jeep. Website was easy to use found what I needed good descriptions. I figured it would take weeks to recieve but I was wrong shipped out when they said and recieved the top a day earlier then estimated. Installing was easy and fits perfect. Great experience.

The exhaust is great looking and hope to install it tomorrow. The shipping on the other hand...Ordered exhaust June 25 received it July 4th. It looks like the shipper dropped it out the back door of the truck and ran over it several times for good measure.
