My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer

The mirror was great, but the screws to attach to the vehicle were not included in the package. That is unacceptable to me. Now I have to locate the appropriate screws to install.
I ordered them. When I can install I'll give a full review. I hope this can help along with new foam pads will fix my issue! 🤞🤞

We have this product listed for TJ And your site says it is made for my 2005 Jeep Wrangler TJ unlimited. Unfortunately, it's not made for an unlimited it's made for the shorter TJ. So this top looks like a toy on my jeep. I tried to find this information, but it's hard for this Pacific product. Quadrate has the exact item I need made by Mastertop. So I'm trying to decide whether to return the toy top I got from Y'all and order the master top or just chalk this up as a poor experience. I've ordered several items from extreme terrain and all my other experiences have been good.

Although I haven't used or installed the jack on my Jeep yet, it is exactly what I expected and arrived quickly. The cost and shipping were similar to Amazon, so I purchased from Extreme Terrain.
When I can get a similar deal from another vendor, I avoid Amazon.

Ordered a hood deflector and "black out" emblem for my 2024 Ford Bronco -
The emblem was literally 1/2 the size of the factory chrome - (maybe I can make a key chain or something) - no way I can use it on the vehicle.
The hood deflector was damaged in the box - it looks like they sent me a used return that someone else screwed up putting on.
Very disappointing - I am hoping they make it right.
Spoke to customer service about some questions I had and they answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the products and my vehicle. Ordering went very smooth. I ordered my wheels on Friday and it arrived at my house on Monday.
