My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer

Parts are packaged really well, delivery was only a couple days at a really good price
I ordered the part, in 2-days it arrived. Issue with the part but service was great.
The package exterior was fine, the inside wrapping for the deflector was torn leaving scuffs. The instruction video is bad because they use a black truck to mount the deflector. I had to buy new tape and after an hour of trying to figure it out and running to the store I got it on. There are gaps in the front and that's to channel air off to the side. It's not your traditional deflector but it looks nice.
Tip for consumers:
Update the instructional video with a vehicle you can see details on. They used a black truck and couldn’t see details.
