My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer

I'm not sure what the deal is, with my orders. I got canceled for no explanation whatsoever. I paid for the items, and it has happened 2 times I tried to ordered in the past as well. I will not purchase anything from this company anymore.
I like the selections of items they had, but they kept on canceling my orders, after I paid it. Then they refund me for not getting what I ordered. I get no explanation or reasons for it.
