Extreme Terrain

I purchased the Barricade Rectangular Adventure Mirrors for either our 2021 Gladiator or the 2023 Wrangler Sport! Have them on the Gladiator now and they make city driving a lot safer. Very easy to install with metric tools. Only negative is they have some vibration issues.

Easy to find things on the web site with many options to choose from, good pricing and nice first responder/military discounts. Also prompt shipping and very helpful customer service (Install Connect) with scheduling installation at my local shop.

Sent rear shock without retainer to compress shock. It did come with some random Bosch wiper blade.

Second shock coming on completely different shipment. As far as parts allocations go, I will not use this company again. I regret this purchase only due to service given

Ordered floor mats 8/17/24, said pending pick, emailed 2 days ago, 8/27/24 now says processing but still no ship date. Very slow shipper, said would email updates. Nothing yet. Emailed again to see what's going on…..

Purchased spare tire cover. First time experience salesman helpful when asked about military discount encouraged not easy to get if not tech savvy. So I didn't however my license shows military served and could have sent that. Don't advertise if it's difficult for the consumers. You make it difficult so nobody takes advantage.

Update: parts arrived when they said they would. The carrier was pretty rough with the items as the boxes had holes and ripped up pretty good, that said though extreme terrain did a fantastic job packing them, no damage to the product..

Fast, Quick shipping easy payment. Great service and selection. The installation process takes longer than expected. No one wants new tires. Tps, and rims waiting two weeks for installation. Once received I'm happy but installation process not so much. I'm waiting impatiently!

Email with refund link went to spam-my fault. Retrieved to inbox but links didn't translate. Rep worked to resend several ways and finally sent PDF I could use at FEDEX. Very patient. Willing to try alternatives.

Web sight is easy to navigate customer service mainly Jimmy G, was such a pleasure to talk to and to have my last parts order taken by him. When your told to look for your order on a certain date it's always ether on time or close to it. I don't order anywhere else for the jeep than Extreme Terrain. Parts always fit with no problem and your dealing with people that know what there selling, and they make sure that you are ordering the right part for you ride. Everything is always easy with every order keep up the good work.

After I selected what I wanted, he immediately sent me an email with a link to order the item, making it very easy to order the correct item. And then, he followed up with a text. Excellent!

I found some great deals at Extreme Terrain. Their website was very user friendly with tutorials and a guide showing which products were specific to my rig. Shipping was fast, and the products seem durable and awesome!

It took me about 4 hours to install start to finish. Make sure you have some extra heat shrink and wiring connectors for the lights. The harness comes with male plugs but no female plugs. Lights are much brighter than I anticipated. Overall looks great and gets the job done. Wind noise is about the same if not less than my old rack so I'm happy with it.

Will take a lot of trimming to fit my 2024 rubicon x. Has an extremely strong odor almost like petroleum but very nauseating. It will work to help keep fluids off of the back carpet if you can get passed the odor

Well I ordered 2 decals for my hood. There not the right size. I need 3 inch wide. And I can't find a return label in my email. Can you help. I really like them, but they're just the wrong size, there was some already on my hood and I'm replacing them So they have to be 3 inch to cover the old because they faded.

Install time was under an hour, that includes the time it took to test drive and make an adjustment to center the axle and complete 2nd test drive.

MAJOR difference in steering feel from the stock track bar. Ride feels more solid. You don't feel that bounce when you hit a little bump or small pothole.

Definitely worth it.
Now I'm considering the rear track bar.

Arrived in a very veryyy timely manor so i was very pleased with the delivery time. As the exhaust i'm pretty sure if it's a k&n issue or just me being clumsy but i was missing a small plastic part. I was able to go get a temporary piece from advanced auto because when i called k&n, it was outside of office hours. Whole experience was great over all though, just a learning experience

I love these doors. Here's why I give it a four instead of a five. I realize most Jeep owners are tool familiar. However, there is a large market of people, like myself, who do not have a mechanical bone in their body and could use some slightly more detailed instructions or photos/labels of nuts, bolts, screws. I figured it out, but I know it would make me more inclined to purchase and make more mods in the future on my own.

I was surprised by how small the package was, very convenient. Also a lot lighter than I expected/hoped.

Price wise, getting a pet ramp through Extreme Terrain was so much cheaper than getting one from a pet store. It's a more convenient and better quality option for travel than the pet store equivalents too, and guaranteed to work with my Jeep since it's built for them, where I was uncertain if the others would go high enough without being too steep.

Items as advertised and timely shipping. Event be open box items are well represented and no issues at all with any order this far. Wish I could get the project built as fast as I can order and receive parts.

Package well nice and clean feels like quality while holding identical to the factory start and it's starts the jeep so fast I have a 2023 ram 1500 and it doesn't start as fast as my 1999 Jeep Wrangler 4.0

I got some tail and turn signal LED's for a 91 jeep wrangler, and they turned out great, where very bright, not damaged and came through the mail suprisingly fast. I usually have to wait a week or two for things to be delivered but they got the lights to me really fast.

I called another major supplier in the area I need of rear brakes and rotors, my right rear caliper seized going into Labor Day weekend. The other place(QT) I called 1st. In the past my experiences have been good, this time the rep was not. I asked if they had what I wanted in stock so I could pick them up asap, she said yes and I said you have them in westchester, I will be there soon. Then she said no they are in Kansas City. WTH. I hung up. I called E T, the rep found my account and what I needed and said they will be ready for pick up shorty in Malvern. Saved my weekend and so much more, Jeep is back on the road and I can't thank E T enough.
