My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer
Have not mounted on jeep yet. Little bit concerned that they are not heavy enough. Will follow up on that.
I liked the look of the running board and the way they mount to Jeep. Concerned about how tough they will be.
I've been looking at a lot of similar items on your website. Many items have a table of features in the description. Having a way to do a side by side comparison would be very helpful.

I purchased all aluminum radiator, new water pump and kit with all new hoses and clamps. Shipment was right on time as expected.
The only downside was Extreme terrain didn't having transmission plugs for cooling lines. Went to auto parts store to troubleshoot fittings.
Great upgrade can't wait to take it on the trail and having the Peace of mind of not overheating no matter where in the backcountry you are.
The truth is extreme terrain ability of knowing if a parts going to fit your vehicle or not this is much more convenient in upgrading your rig.

Shouldn't have
A few of my orders were not what I was expecting and did not live up to how it was detailed. Also received wrong parts once.
Replacement bumper came in a solid box packages very well. The first one was in weak box and was obviously returned before. My replacement had no road rash or dents and all parts were still in original rapping.
No specific reason
When the item finally arrived, it had been repackaged. The shipping label had been torn off and retaped to another envelope. The box inside was damaged, and all the hardware was missing. Fortunately I didn't need the hardware. It was drop shipped so I can't blame Extreme Terrain.
It' was the only place that had the item I wanted.
Really sorry to hear about the condition that your hood hold downs arrived in Art.

I was recommended Extreme Terrain when I purchased my Jeep.
Service was quick part fit right was easy to install all the brackets matched up where they had to be installed over all great part.

I looked at another large online shopping site and found similar products, but the quality was questionable. I ordered this because the quality looked better and appeared to be a better fit. Its a high quality product, fits great and doesn't restrict the use of the center console. Very happy with my purchase.

Wish my soft top came with some spare hardware with their tiny screws & unthreaded holes. Didn't appreciate the trips to the hardware store!
Extreme Terrain is still the best of the best though. I had a human to listen to my rant and was prepared to answer questions, that alone beats most aftermarket places!

Im glad I had the option to replace part of my soft top rather than pay for a new one. However assembly was stressful, the assembly instructions weren't very helpful and there's nothing helpful online.

They make it typically ridiculous like everything is these days to get the first responder discount. They do it through a second party. It's a hassle thanks.
