Extreme Terrain

The order was complete, no missing parts. The instructions were easy to follow. It took me an hour to put on the passenger side and only half an hour to put on the driver side. The quality was top notch. It fit the jeep perfectly.

I was sent the wrong front bumper but did not realize it until I had the OEM bumper removed. When I called customer service the lady who answered had a fussy child in the background and every time I would ask a question she would put me on hold, sometimes for a while, was she asking for advice or taking care of her child? While I was on hold I tried the chat option and found that was easier and faster but I was told that they would not send a replacement bumper until I shipped the wrong one back. I asked for a refund and ordered from another source

I had resided a bumper that had a dent from shipping and customer service was extremely nice to me giving me in-store credit to compensate everyone I've talk to in the customer service has always been understanding and nice and helpful.

I would order parts from you again. My only suggestion is to put the included brake grease in the box with the brake pads. It fell to the bottom of the box and I didn't see it until after I bought a packet of grease.

Soft top is nice and worth the price but… Arrived with a cut in it. I emailed extreme terrain. Absolutely no response. I bought canvas tape and patched it but it still has me upset that I have a cut up soft top that I just bought.

First time ordering from you, went real good. Ordered front floor pans for my Jeep JKU. I told the person on the phone that my Jeep is Commando Green. Well recieved pans today they are black. Oh well i came work with them' Thank You Gary Anderson'

Very happy about an open-box option for this product. My Jeep is a 2018, a little wear and tear is consistent with the look. These were a bit dirty and scuffed, as described, but Iput my mojo on them and they look fantastic. Originalproductso the fit was perfect..

The rear support requires widening the holes by 1/8th of an inch to fit OEM bumper mounts.
The system comes with four different bolts three are within 1/2 inch in length with the same thread pattern. No real indication of which are used for each application. There are three different sizes of flat washer with no description of which are used for each application.

The final product is sturdy and the powder coating looks amazing. Hire a college student to write a set of instruction for $200 and you will have four star product. Pre-drill the rear mount for OEM and it is a 5 star product.

I was in the middle of placing an order and I was unsure if the item was a good fit for my vehicle. I messaged the ET team and immediately received guidance to the correct part for my Jeep Gladiator. Cant wait for it to arrive and get it installed!

Spent 2 hours trying to install these Running Boards on my daughters Ford Bronco. Wrong bolt kit was included in the box. Spent hour on phone with Tami from Customer Service. She was super nice and patient. Great help.
In the end i gave up trying to install as the bolts were too small. I had to bring it to local installer who told me the bolt kit was entirely wrong and they had to use their own bolts to install. I couldn't understand why i was having so much trouble installing! Now i know...factory put wrong bolt kit inside the box!
Cost me $200 to install. First time buying from this company and most likely will be my last.

These runners are great. However in searching for how to videos I came across several that had LABELED parts. That would have been VERY helpful but there were not labeled.

Also I tried calling the support line many times on the day I eventually installed my rails but there was no answer at all and no way to leave a message.

I've bought a few things from you guys and I'll continue buying from you guys because the buying experience is easy, stuff comes when you say it's going to and It's always good stuff for a reasonable price.

Just had a very odd interaction with Extreme Terrain. I ordered side mirrors for my 2024 wranger yesterday. Today i got an email saying my order was cancelled and my card refunded. I called them, they stated that i had previously placed an order then had my credit card charged back. I assured them i did not. They said it could be my extreme terrain account, american muscle account, or my american trucks account. I have a total of 11 orders between the 3 accounts over the past 7 yrs. They had no further details they could provide. I asked if there was someone i could escalate this to get more information. The said No. I checked my accounts for all 3 and none had any canceled orders. They said there is nothing they can do and i cant order from them again. Hahaha. I ordered the same parts from summit. What a way to treat a customer!

Orderd my nerf bars and they arrived on time. However there was no mounting hardware in the box. I called Extreme Terrain and they were very helpful. Hardware should be shipped this week and another week for delivery.

Bought my husband the wheels he's been eyeing for months as a birthday surprise and he is in love! Took them to get installed and even the guys installing were in love. They've been on for a couple days now and the compliments keep coming. Great quality wheels.

I do not approve of the sub-par packaging for axles. This could cause damage in shipment. Both of the axles ordered basically showed up outside of their packaging since something so heavy and awkward was put in a standard box. This does not build confidence in the quality of the service.

The axles were inspected and seem fine. Now every mile I drive, I will hope shipping didn't cause a latent failure.

I've had and continue to have a great experience, every time I make an order. Plenty of items, I love the customer photos and the shipping has been extremely quick. Extreme Terrain has now become my #1 site for all of my Jeep needs.

Ordered a new radiator and new door handles for my wrangler. Everything came in the 3 days they said, was in perfect condition and installed with no problems. Very happy with my parts and experience. I will be using Extreme Terrain for parts in the future! Thanks for great service!

Came in two boxes, each with a set of rotors and pad kit. One box was stuffed with air pillow padding, while the other box had nothing. In the box without any stuffing/padding, the boxes with the pad kit was disintegrated. It appears everything is there and unharmed, but I will not know until I install.

First received the grill found out we were missing some parts. Contacted CS, and they were super fast on fixing the problem...even on the weekend! Received the replacement, everything was there! Thanks for the quick response

I took a lot of time looking at parts, chating with customer service and was told parts would fit my Jeep. Finally got parts in, took them to the shop to install and they informed me that the part was 3 inches too short for my jeep and the other box that was kit, only half of the parts would work for my Jeep and the rest would not fit. Now I have to do a return and hope to get money back. Big hassle - not what I had hoped.
