My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer

I looked over your page for awhile. I compared prices and products. I finally ordered 2 items one for my wife's Jeep and one for my Jeep. Within hours you want me to review something I have not received. If you can explain how I can do that I my consider purchasing other items. As of now you only have successfully pissed me off.

Great products, can really feel the increase power an torque in the mid to high end. This is probably more noticeable for me cause I drive a manual transmission, an I can feel the truck eating up the increase HP an torque

Quick delivery, product was as advertised. Easy ordering process, used chat to verify specs fit my Truck.
After ordering rock sliders for my truck, I was a little concerned about the shipping - they were asking about loading docks etc. and I just wanted them delivered to my house. Then someone called me to arrange a delivery window - I was able to arrange a time that worked for me. The delivery truck came right on time (at the start of the delivery window) and it was fine to have the package delivered to my residential garage.
To be honest, they had the product I wanted and were having a sale :) I felt like I got a good price

The website was easy to use and I was able to find the right tires for my jeep. The price and shipping was in the range I was looking for and I was very satisfied with the speed in which my tires arrived.
Ot was the only place that had the specific tires I was looking for that would handle everything I wanted.

My experience was great. Super easy to order, came very timely. Product was exactly as ordered.
The runningboards arrived in a box that was re-taped. The straps that originally would secure the box were cut and tape was put over them. I didn't think much about it until I opened and inspected the contents. The plastic for the instructions was already opened. But all the parts were there. We mounted the brackets and then when we inspected the runningboards one was scratched on the chrome and the other has a dent in the chrome. The damage is not terrible so we decided to mount them but they are definitely returned from another customer.

I bought the product over the phone salesman was polite took my information, got billed out. Next day my order was canceled without any notice. Funds back in my account. Round two.
Called again talked to Ismael he got it all taken care, supposedly. Called on Tuesday still not posted from my account, security? Little mad about being told one thing and not having the product with an email stating delivery date and who the carrier is, I bought this bumper and tire carrier just because of the simple reason Garvin and there reputation. Great products

Upgraded, updated, and ready to up amd stop it in a moments notice. These breaks are beautiful with the red Calipers and shiny Disc rotors. My stick set made it impossible to keep my rims clean, so far so good with the ceramic low dust pads with this set
