My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer
I spent 2 hours going down an internet/Amazon rabbit hole trying to find a brake kit for my 2016 JKU. 5 minutes on the phone with Josh P and my order was placed. I saved money, time and got guaranteed fitment.

After waiting 16 days, emailing 6 times, sending pictures, calling 4 times, and spending 127 minutes on the phone I got no help or resolution.
I ending up cutting the wrong brackets they sent me to make the Go Rhino running boards I purchased work. Customer service people were nice but completely useless. Lastly, they told me they we would refund me $35.00 on a $450.00 purchase for my trouble but never did.
