My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer
I've been a recurring customer since I got my Bronco in Nov 2022. Extreme Terrain has a wide assortment of Bronco gear that never disappoints when I receive it. The customer service team is always responsive, friendly and knowledgeable.
Ordered EFR Summit Fender Flares for a customer Tundra or their request. Paid $269.xx. And received them in 3 days…great.
Customer brought truck and clearly needed "extended flares" to cover wider tires. My mistake.
Contacted Extreme Terrain who issued an RMA after a few days and instructions for return/refund.
I followed all instructions explicitly and Don received notification from FedEx that the return was delivered and signed for by "WMGR", (warehouse manager I assume?). That was on 5/15/24.
Now on June 3rd (19 days later), I have no refund and no correspondence. The only people I can reach there claim they can't find the return or can't find the RMA or record of receiving it. FedEx has record that they received it.
Now they have the product AND my money.
Not a good way to do business. I'll be sharing this experience WIDELY.
Good price and promise of quick delivery (true) and easy, no hassle return policy.
Not my first order and not my last. Always prompt and accurate shipping. Purchases have been great, whether for my Tacoma or wife's Jeep. Thanks ET.

The wheel side of the threads are fused. Nothing would free it. I have to live with a drag link that's too short. Steering wheel is upside down.
We bought a sun shade for a 2023 JL four door. The shipping was on time by FedEx. The material is great and easy to install.
It has a lot of pictures to display the products.
The price online was higher than the price in the catalogue I received that same day. The item had a coupon code for 15% off. I was told it did not apply; that it only applied to "open box" items... all of which were missing the necessary installation component. The sales rep with whom I chatted was value free. Couldn't answer any questions without "checking with"... someone. If the product was not exactly what I wanted, I would have gone elsewhere. Probably shop elsewhere moving forward.

Needed to schedule my delivery on a particular day. Customer service rep walked me thru when to order my tire carrier to get the right delivery date.

Needed at least one freedom top panel for my son's 2007 Wrangler - got the see through panel - very nice upgrade the I found (previously was not aware that this part existed)!
Found on google and wanted to use affirm to help pay for the part.
This is sold as a match to the year my Toyota truck was made. It works but I wasn't happy with the time it took to offset what I feel was a quality control issue with the holes not matching and the holes in the welds on the driver's side, and feeling that having bolts just a bit longer could have helped. The instructions were not much of a help. Pictures of the underside and suggestions along the lines of correcting possible alignment issues would have helped.

From my online search, to speaking with representatives, order choices, and delivery, I was impressed with the professionalism, courtesy, and competence of the Extreme Terrain Team.
Easy to work with, transparent, no drama.
These are the cheapest piece of junk and the directions are backward, drivers side is actually passenger and passenger is driver. 10/10 would not recommend, the powder coating chipped off on both rear liners. Super pissed I wasted my money on these.
Love Extreme terrain, wish there was more reviews on the product I bought.
