My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer

Ordered a Flowmaster FlowFX exhaust for my Toyota Tacoma. The package wasn't in great condition when it arrived. Part of the exhaust was poking out of the box, luckily no damage to the exhaust. I installed it and I love the sound and performance it bought out of my truck.

As I was placing my order I entered the 20% discount code and it wasn't accepted. I tried several times and checked my email making sure I was entering the correct code. So I ordered the product without a discount. The following day I received another email saying I would receive a 20% discount the code was the same as what I was entering! 🤷

I have customers but parts from your company and I install them at my Las Vegas shop. After the confusion and disrespectful attitude from your sales person I will no longer refer customers to your company. An apology from sales would fix things but I think pride will be in the way. I don't want my customers treated in similar way and it effect my company!
Sent the wrong part. They don't want to help customers. Not easy to buy parts.

I bought the inner boot for my 2000 TJ. It was a perfect. The description on the item says that it's a high quality rubber. I just hope it will stand the test of time.

The other day I placed an order numbered 23-******* to upgrade my tires/wheels package along with spacers. Because I wanted to upsize the tires, I wasn't sure whether I needed to change the gear ratio, so I contacted the customer service to find out the answer to this. Thea connected with me and she made this a seamless conversation and got with one of their sales reps to see whether I needed to change it. She had a quick response to my gear ratio question and I was happy with it. Thank you again, Thea. She deserves the recognition for quick and timely service.
After market bumper installed, and needed extenders for fog lights. This is plug and play and took minutes.
I ordered a complete suspension kit but then was notified only the rear shocks were on their way. Please, if the items I am ordering are not in stock, Tell Me before I give you my money. I need the whole order shipped, not a partial order.

Exhaust looks good went to install my front clamp is rusted but no replacement clamp
Thought I’d try it
Bought Barricade Front bumper & winch. Seems to be decent quality. Came with everything it said it would. Overall, I am pleased with the purchase. One issue was that directions could have been clearer. I found that directions were for 2021 model, which is slightly different than 2022. They were telling me to do things that my model didn't have. Once I figured out what was going on, I was able to make sense of it all. Just felt for the price they could have noted, this is for a 2021 model, and others may very slightly. Also, I have an issue with some of the fits. I purchased the Barricade winch, thinking it would fit and work with the barricade bumper. There seems to be a 1/8 clearance issue with the brush bar. The handle to engage the winch and put witch in free wheel hits the brush bar. So I either need to grind a flat on the handle or raise the brush guard a 1/8 of an inch. To me, being an engineer by trade, it looks like someone just didn't pay attention to details here. If the brush guard was 1/4 taller, it would have cleared. Just a constructive criticism, but when you pay hard earned money for something and you have to alter it to get it to work, it's frustrating. Install was ok. Took me extra time to work through the directions. Once I got it mounted I learned some tricks that made it faster for me.
