My first experience was good but boy when you need them to step up for their mistakes, they can't be found. Therefore, my last experience was so bad I will no longer do business with ET, a company who only cares about a sale and doesn't care if their mistake causes problems for the customer
I paid 400 for seat covers and they sent the wrong ones and then argued and said they were right, then took 4 days not 48 hours to approve the return and also offered to let me keep them and do partial refund of 45 and absolutely no warranty on product after that.
Thought they were a good dealer but may look elsewhere from now on.
I received the shocks and stabilizer 3 days after I purchased then online. Fast and easy shopping and on time delivery. I am well pleased with the overall experience.
I am an American Muscle long time customer regarding my mustang and I was sent to the Extreme Terrain when I was searching for parts for my Jeep.
I ordered a front drive shaft. Its was so wrong. It doesn't even seem to be for a jeep tj. Your return policy is cumbersome at best. I ordered another one from different manufacturer went pick it up. For some reason you billed PayPal $49 dollars and charge less than the order. Had to wait at the warehouse while phone calls were made and PayPal was billed the additional amount. The new one is not for a lifted jeep. But will have to work for a while until i can find yet another one.

The need and price
Arrived good condition and very fast delivery. Website easy to navigate and priced good.
I have used them before
The metal components and structure feel very well made, but the some of plastic end caps were already loose fitting, gouged, and scratched. Also the fact that there is no template to trace for cutting your factory bumper is a poor oversight. Just letting the customer "guesstimate" that part of the install is not excusable.
The discount
When searching your site, the initial search is decent, but after that, it slows down, even more so when I filter my search results.
They had the tire carrier I was looking for.

I placed my order for some rear brake pads and it was here in less than 48 hours! Nobody else can match that speed. Prices are also amazing. Extreme Terrain is where it's at!
